Help Needed: Cafe Wifi

  Can you suggest an app, router or provider that offers managed-wifi with the following features:
  
  1. Wifi for Cafe customers (separate SSID from the employees/admin)
  2. Each MAC will have a limit of hour and then will auto-disconnect
  3. QR code to login (not required but would be nice to have)
  4. Browser to login with logo of the cafe and menu items (not required but nice to have)
  
  Maganda sana kung free app lang para ma try muna. I am thinking na merong ganito somewhere in PLAY or App store but I can't find any.
  
  Kung hardware/AP, willing to buy naman basta sure na mami-meet yung requirements above.
  
  Kung provider, okay din basta guaranteed na may support.
