i\'m having problems with my asus xonar dgx soundcard... purchased may 2013... okay naman dati ang performance at walang problema until lately... mobo is asus p8z77m-pro... problem eh kapag ginagamit ko ang soundcard (installed on pci-e 4x slot on my mobo)... upon loading ng os eh may maririnig ka na popping sound na malakas... after loading eh ok naman ang sound pero kapag gagalawin mo na \'yung volume knob sa speaker para lakasan o hinaan ang volume (xenon ax-302) eh madampian mo lang ang knob eh may hissing sound na parang electrical ang tunog... kung gagalawin mo na hinaan o lakasan eh may hiss pa rin... maski ibang knob like treble, bass and balance eh may hiss siya... pero kapag on-board naman ang gagamitin or \'yung encore enmab-8cm usb audio box eh walang hissing sound sa speaker whatsoever... what seems to be the problem sa soundcard?... working naman at may sound... pero annoying lang talaga \'yung popping saka hissing sound... tried contacting asus philippines regarding my problem at warranty kung covered pa o hindi... pero kaka send ko lang ng query ko sa kanila at naghihintay pa ako ng reply...

contacted asus, asus ph, distro and reseller... rma to reseller ang advise...

reseller replaced my card with their own stock because the distributor has no stock of my sc... value of my card + xxx php... working flawlessly now... hoping na hindi maka-experience ng problems in the future,,, ^^
