HELP with pc upgrade (cpu/mobo/gpu/ram)

  My super old rig:
  
  cpu: core 2 duo E8400 3GHz
  mobo: asus p5gc-mx/1333
  gpu: inno3d geforce 8500 GT
  ram: 2 x 2G DDR2 800
  psu: 600w aspire (generic?)
  hd: 250G seagate barracuda 7200
  
  kailangan ko na po magupgrade since paisa isa ng nafa fail mga components and medyo mabagal sa gaming. sira na onboard sound & NIC, and ung isang RAM stick. minsan nagbo boot pero wala display (kahit sa onboard video). para lang makaconnect sa internet bumili muna ako ng cdr-king usb-LAN adapter.
  
  diablo 3 lang naman nilalaro ko and currently naka low-settings lahat, recommended system requirement kasi is gtx 260. gusto ko sana ma-upgrade na lang muna ung cpu, gpu, mobo and ram. siguro i3 paired with a decent gpu, basta makalaro ako ng d3 @ max settings masaya na ko hehe
  
  wala naman siguro issue kung i-retain ung psu and hd. budget ko po is 15-20k. kaya ba and ano po maisu-suggest nyo

  The PSU is the first thing I\'d replace, IMO.
  
  Keeping the HDD is fine and all, but do keep in mind that it\'s also a possible cause of your PC slowing down.
  
  For the graphics, the GT 740 GDDR5, GTX 650 GDDR5, Radeon HD 7750 GDDR5 and R7 250/250E GDDR5 are roughly equivalent to the GTX 260 in performance. These are around 5k, maybe less.
  
  CPU, it\'s a toss-up between the Pentium G3258 (overclocked) and the i3-4150.
  
  Don\'t forget to upgrade the CPU cooler.

  Don\'t get a Z-series if you\'re not going to overclock. An H97 is more than enough.
  
  The lowest I\'ll go would be a board with the B85 chipset because it has USB 3.0 ports, unlike the H81.
  
  But if you\'re anticipating a future upgrade to a Broadwell CPU, then you should choose an H97-based board.
