    About 80% Provider, 20% Device.

    Remember Alcatel Y800 ni Smart? Lagi daw bumibitaw ang connection nun. So even if you have a reliable telco (WISH), if the device won\'t connect, then you\'re screwed.

    ^ That\'s a different story. Obviously a defective device. You can always ask for replacement and WISH the provider will replace it. Another provider issue.

    In general a wireless provider in the Philippines is a JOKE!
