  We used this before in my previous company. Naka limutan ko na nga lang. But basically its a GSM modem (lalagyan mo ng sim) and may mga attachment sya na sensors. We got the temperature sensor (to alert us if the server room gets hot), water sensor (to alert us if nagka water leak sa floor), and I forgot na - meron pa kasi ibang options (motion detection, etc.).
  
  I tied this up with out network monitor software, so pag nag down ang server or routers, it will use the GSM modem as a gateway to alert us.
  
  Ask around sa IT vendors. I\'m sure may mga solutions yan.
