Help! D-Link DIR-615 Wireless N Router or TP Link TL-WR841HP

  hi guys! Need your help on deciding between the two router. I my existing setup is PLDT Zyxel P-660HN-T1A Plan 999. I\'m trying to connect 3-Foscam Ip Cam for my 3-storey hse. The router is in the 2nd flr. while the 2 ipcams are in the 1st flr.
  while the 3rd is in the 2nd flr.
  
  My problem is I cannot connect with the 2nd Ipcam in the 1st flr. located in the dirty kitchen. Our hse. is all concrete. I\'m also planning of installing a 4th Ipcam in our garage and possibly a 5th in the 3rd flr.
  
  Which of the 2 router would you recommend given the ff. concerns:
  
  1) Compatibility with Pldt dsl
  2) Ease of installation
  3) Long range capability
  4) Price (Dlink-P2K;TPlink-1.9K)
