Parang ako, ang goal ko is practical strength and overall fitness to help me in everyday tasks and my sports activities. Secondary lang aesthetics sa akin. Kaya mostly compound exercises and actual movements nung sports ang ginagawa ko. Never mo akong makitang mag isolation exercisess like bicep curl or tricep extension. Preferred ko pa nga push-ups kesa mag bench press ako. =)
I just started cardio/plyometrics workout. I feel so sore afterwards (as expected). May nag-suggest sa kin mag-pre and post-workout formula raw ako. do I need it kung cardio at weight loss naman goal ko? may nababasa rin ako ok na daw chocomilk for post workout. how true is it?
