Gusto ko na Mag-GYM / Workout (2)

  • suspec ko is dahil baka may injuree ako?? wala naman masakit sa katawan ko pero na lang pag nageextend ako ng kamay. nararamdaman ko yung sa chest and balikat ko.. wala rin akong sipon or anything.


    i think kung may pilay ka e konting galaw mo pa lang ay sasakit na yun, kahit nga hindi ka magbuhat igalaw-galaw mo lang balikat mo marararamdaman mo agad yan kung meron talagang pilay. normal lang yung may sasakit sa chest at sa shoulder mo dahil malamang napwersa yan. baka naman nag super-saiyan ka sa gym? yung tipong ang maximum na binubuhat mo ay 60lbs then tinry mo mag 80lbs or 100lbs? ganyan nga ang magiging epekto niyan. hehe

    lahat ng first time ay masakit.. sa una :D
