Gusto ko na Mag-GYM / Workout (2)

  • Mga sir, ok lang po bang taasan ko yung reps from 4-6 to 8-12 after ng compound exercises? Max-OT kasi yung program ko. parang gusto kong itweak sya. for muscle and fat loss po ang goal ko.

    Ex.
    1st exercise - Bench Press - 4-6 reps
    2nd exercise - DB Bench Press - 8-12

    you cant lose fat and muscle at the same time bro while doing resistance work at the gym. baka ting ting kana. i guess you prolly meant lean muscle and fat loss.

    increase your reps but decrease the weight from 5-10%. hope this helps.
  • Do what the program says. If ala ang pagtweak ng rep range sa program at iniba mo, then you're not doing the program.

    Hindi efficient at mabagal ang simultaneous muscle gain at fat loss. Mahirap lumakas, mdaling ma-overtrain kapag nasa calorie deficit pero possible na mggrow ng muscle kung tama ang intake ng calories at sa training n reduced ang volume (sets). You need volume, intensity, frequency, load progression in terms of training para ma-optimize ang growth.
