daily intake ba dapat ang amino caps o kung kelan ka lang mag ggym?
yup daily intake at check also ung info sa label sir...ako kc araw-araw....morning 2 tabs, before and after 2 tab at 2 tab bago matulog...ito ay ang routine ko lang ha...just read the label at check the net also for more info..
just sharing my experience. when I started, I also ate a lot. until dumating sa point na naging "eat everything on sight" , then ayun nag gain ako ng madaming fats. so tama sila, kain ka ng madami. but counting the calories is good kasi mas magkakaroon ng direksyon at control ang diet mo sa ganitong paraan. having this knowledge and habit at the very start is good, just don't overdo it. just my 2 cents.

super tip : I was an ectomorph too. 90 lbs , small frame when I was started way back few years ago.. Tumaba lang nung kumain ng kumain, all kinds of gainzz LOL
Seriously, when you started to eat everything meaning you trigger something that you can do it.. Then afterwards, you have to count everything for atleast a month or so to do the "clean bulk" whereas you count your calories beyond your TDEE +500 daily.
Sa una yes, pero eventually dapat lumayo yang DL mo since dapat sya yung pinaka dominated lifts natin.. +10lbs each workout day increase yan.
