Gusto ko na Mag-GYM / Workout (2)

  • Parang ako, ang goal ko is practical strength and overall fitness to help me in everyday tasks and my sports activities. Secondary lang aesthetics sa akin. Kaya mostly compound exercises and actual movements nung sports ang ginagawa ko. Never mo akong makitang mag isolation exercisess like bicep curl or tricep extension. Preferred ko pa nga push-ups kesa mag bench press ako. =)

  • I just started cardio/plyometrics workout. I feel so sore afterwards (as expected). May nag-suggest sa kin mag-pre and post-workout formula raw ako. do I need it kung cardio at weight loss naman goal ko? may nababasa rin ako ok na daw chocomilk for post workout. how true is it?

    ayos tong thread na eto nkakainspire nmn dame natutulungan nito imho..............lht ng adivce dito ok n ok ako man i started din sa pagiging obese now for having a good physique i mean for being 250 pds now 180 nlng medyo bulky kasi ako now cutting phase na .......

    bossi kaw b yung nglalaro dati sa tpc basketball? kilala ata kita heheh kakampi kita ata nun sa lightblue kakagulat n lake ng ktwan mo boss prang si batista n heheh

    boss pra sakin lng po ah since cutting phase ako gya mo ok yun post at pre work out kht chokolate p yan aslong as you pay the price what i mean is kumaen k couter mo ng matinding work out pyramid, split work out ok n ok yun pang cuts medyo lumake kasi ako ngaun 5'8 190 lbs most of my work out na kasi mixed n every month since kggling ko lng offseason this 5 motnhs cutting phase nmn for 6 months hope mkatulong

  • Strength workout routine ako pero ang diet ko pang bodybuilding ( cutting, bulking , recomp )..

    Pag nag cut ako.. it should be my strength level is as is or pataas ( bonus na sa level ng strength ko )
    pag nag bulk.. walang ibang way kundi umangat ng umangat
    pag recomp .. obviously pataas or yet madalas stall lol.

    To add, tumatakbo pala ako ( Sprint, LISS / Briskwalking, HIIT, LSD )

    so functional o may silbe ang training ko, tho medyo nganga ng onti sa physique in terms of proportions pero ayos lang sakin.. sarap kasi mag buhat ng triple o doble sa timbang mo eh. :D
