Gusto ko na Mag-GYM / Workout (2)

  • Oo. Nakakakaba yung kumakabog dibdib. Tsk! Tsk!
    Ano palang ginawa mo para makapagpapayat? BMI mo ngayon?

    Saka kapalan ko na din mukha ko, penge namang healthy recipe. Puro kasi pang- porenjer nakikita ko sa net. lol


    dko po alam eh..mas nag loose ako ule now..pero tip ko pag bago sa diet dpat wag muna bibiglain na ibahin lahat meals po kasi di ka sanay..dpat unti unti..ako kasi dati kaya pro fail diet ko.example da diet nako bukas..bigla ko bibiglain kain kagad mga isda itlog manok mga protein foods...

    ang ginawa ko una tuloy padin kain ko ng mga porkchop hotdog itlog kung ano luto dito kumbga yun kasi nakasanayan natin pero konti lang kinakain ko talga mismo..pero first 2weeks un un kinakain ko pero onti lng..pang 3rd week puro itlog na manok isda mga protein foods.yun ung pinaka una masterin mo muna pag kain ng konti :)

    hi red, ok lang naman yan. I think superbusy ka and kita ko mga post mo sa fb, ang yaman mo na heheheh....

    ako din napatigil pansamantala, so di ka nag iisa. heheheh
    haahaha hindi po ah...o nga dapat po talga disiplina hehehe.hirap na kasi pag nakasanayan wala exercise ule.. :)

  • hirap kase kapag nag diet ka, mababawasan nga ang taba mo, pero pati muscle mass mo mababawasan rin. kaya mas maigi habang mataba eh ka na magpalaki ng katawan, tapos saka ka mag cutting program... at least may pondo ka na ng muscle.

    @vladz17, depende sa CHEST WORKOUT mu, if your doing a light weight, i would say 4 sets of 12 reps each. Or if your doing a heavy weight, 4 sets of 6 to 8 reps.. #keepitup

  • ^Anong klase sir, 8/16 (LG) ba? Pwede ba malaman schedule mo ng training for a day particularly when you break fast and when you train. and whether you train fasted or not.
  • 8/16. Lean gains by Martin Berkhan pero hindi kasama yung Reverse Pyramid Training. Fasted Training. On a typical training day:

    6:00 AM - 2 Scoops BCAA
    6:15 - 7:30 - Weight Training
    10:00 AM - 1 Scoop BCAA powder
    11:00 AM - First Meal
    7:00 PM - Last Meal.

    Kapag Rest Day wala ng BCAA. First Meal ng 11-12 last meal ng 7-8

  • ^Maraming salamat sir. Ganyan din usually ang training ko (prefered ko sana). Kaso may nababasa ako dapat daw after workout may meal otherwise compromised ang gains mo. I know BCAA is important in IF with training pero paano pag walang BCAA kaya pa rin ba yang ganyang routine? Ako kasi walang BCAA kaya sa hapon/gabi training ko after work para may meal after training.
  • Kaya mong mag train ng completely fasted, di ka nga lang tatagal and manghihina ka ultimately (maybe after 1 month or so mararamdaman mo ang panghihina)

    either schedule your training near your feeding window or have BCAA on training on fasted days

  • I will just train unfasted then. I'll have a cheat day on a weekend so I can train earlier. Train in the afternoon/evening on weekdays after breaking fast.

    And about the article. The experiment was not scientific. The method is flawed because the variables are not identical. Nevertheless thanks for sharing there are still good discussion there.

    Salamat sir. I think I have adjusted to IF already. The IF was very easy for me. Yung pagpasok ng training ang medyo mahirap hehe. =)

    AFAIK if you want to lessen lactic formation on your muscles take vitamin c ako in the morning I take 2 tablets of 500mg.vitamin C. and dapat may laman ang tummy. You will have a strong immune system and mas magiincrease pa yung absorption ng supplements niyo..
    Nagstop na ako sa creatine and amino 6000 for the meantime balik promatrix 7 na ako to gain weight ulit laki ng ibinawas ko sa crea 6 kgs.super init pa sa katawan pero ganda naman ng epekto.
    Iwas sa kanin puro kamote oats saka saging lang ang diet as well as green leafy vegetables yun lang oks na sa akin kahit na 12 hours duty ko sa ospital as a nurse kayang kaya naman.

    kapag gusto mo magpalake ng chest heavy lifting ka sir saka 3 parts sir nag chest depende sayo if ano dun ang papalakihin mo or if pecs lang and stressing it out lang para lumabas. tama yung nabasa mo na lights lang then madameng sets and reps kung hanggang ilan ang kaya mo

  • depende na kasi sa chest size mo yan sir yung pagkapal kasi if meaning mo eh lalake mag heavy ka pero kung may chest ka na na gusto mo lang pahubugin eh di mag lights ka lang.
