About Team Nikon Bullies...
Team Nikon Bullies, or TNB, is a peer-based photography group consisting of individuals from all walks of life, all owning and utilizing Nikon branded cameras. However, we are not officially affiliated with Nikon. We consistently meet each other on a regular basis, usually attending events, photography gatherings, photowalks, or just simply chilling out. Since we are a peer-based group, we socialize with each other just like peers and close friends, and not necessarily as formal as other organizations does. Despite this, we still welcome all Nikon users out there who wish to join our humble group.
Although that includes bullying each other out. lol. seriously...
Team Nikon Bullies Thread Guidelines:
1. Already implemented as a TPC-wide rule: Pls limit your images to 640 pixels only on the long end (Width for landscape, Height for portrait). If posting an image larger than the limit, you may post it as URL instead. Also, two (2) pics per post only.
1.1 Posting of pictures from a paid shoot is strictly not allowed since the said service is already paid and considered to be co-owned by the one who paid the services.
1.2 \"Paparazzi\" type of shots are also prohibited since this is considered an invasion of privacy, and TPC does not tolerate such. As per TPC Site Rule #3: \"You will respect other people\'s right to personal privacy and will not post any other person\'s identifying information, but your own.\"
Team Nikon Bullies Membership Guidelines:
1. All aspiring members are required to send a PM to diedharmadie or to xirquit to indicate their intention of joining the team; an application form will be sent back for them to fill up. It should be automatic that when one intends to join the team, he/she is supposed to attend the earliest upcoming TNB Photowalk/EB.
*Note: Failure to submit the application form despite being listed in the attendees and/or attending the activity will not merit one (1) count for the EB. And vice versa.*
2. All aspiring members are required to attend 3 consecutive or 5 non-consecutive EB\'s/Photowalks within the span of 3 Months to be able to become an official TNB member. Applicants should make sure that at least one member of the Photowalk committee who is present in the TNB photowalk can testify that he/she is really present.
*Note: In case the number of EB’s/Photowalk doesn’t reach up to 5, adjustments can be done.*
3.All aspiring members are required to pay the monthly/annual membership fee which will cover the expenses for their TNB ID, TNB meeting etc. on their graduation day.
4. All regular member should attend at least 2 TNB exclusive or non-exclusive photowalk/event within a period of 3 months. Failure to do so will be listed in MIA list.
5. Members who are listed under the MIA list will be given the chance to be listed as a regular member again given that they will be able to attend one of the two upcoming Photowalk/event on the next month after they have been listed as MIA. Failure to do so will forfeit their membership. if you will be listed as MIA for the 3rd time in a single year, membership will be automatically forfeited.
• Any member who will be out of the country due to business or vacation and will not be able to participate and complete the monthly requirements of EB are required to give the membership committee a heads up or the information for how long they will be gone.
• Being active in the thread doesn\'t excuse anyone from not attending TNB activities unless you have informed the membership committee about your status.
6. All TNB Members are strictly required to wear/bring their TNB ID at all TNB Photowalks/Events to identify themselves.
• Any member who will not bring their TNB ID in TNB exclusive shoot will not be allowed to join but will still be counted in the division of expenses.
• Any member who will not bring their TNB ID in TNB photowalk/meeting/events will pay for their own expenses in case TNB budget will be used.
*Note: For Members who doesn’t have their ID will be exempted from this rule from the time being. Remember that IDs are processed by batch.*
7. All TNB Members are required to submit a list of all the \"Gears\" or Photographic Equipment that they own for record purposes. This list will contain the exact model and serial number of each the equipment.
• In the event that a certain equipment got lost/sold/traded/died or have a new item, members should send an updated to us to be able to update the record.
8. All TNB members and/or aspiring applicants should strictly follow TPC rules. We cannot totally avoid clash of ideas and beliefs but please respect everybody\'s post because we are already grownups. YES! grownups!
9. Any post that is offensive will be edited by the moderator and will be given an initial warning. If there are any misunderstanding between members or non-members should be discussed thru PM. Please no Flame baiting.
10. Any complaints/inquiries against other member/committees/events should be coursed only to the OIC for investigation. OIC’s decision will always be final.
11. Bullying other members are allowed that\'s why we are called Bullies. But again, we are all grownups so everyone should know what\'s enough.
12. Any action that will give a bad image to the group will have a due punishment and any member who will be proven to commit any criminal offense will be removed from the roster and will be banned automatically.
13. All members are allowed to join and participate any other group’s (Photography related or Non-Photography related groups) activity as long as they are able to complete the requirements of being a TNB or as long as they are able to do their task for officers.
14. TNB OIC with the approval of the Membership committee and vice versa have the power to override membership, whether for joining or quitting, based on the observed activity of the member or applicant.
