Sir, ako yung bumili ng dual-core cpu mo, i informed you right away na may mismatch sa proci at motherboard, sabi mo okay lang yun pero hindi magamit ng matino yung unit, so we decided to replace the motherboard, dun namin nakita na baluktot ang ibang pins nung socket, tinuwid lang to make it work...hindi ako nag-thumbs down sa iyo noon, but this time, i need to be honest with other buyers. -

a day after na binili ko yung unit, nag-pm agad ako sa yo,,na may bios message ng incompatibility sa proci, sabi mo okay lang yun, di tayo magkakaproblema, kaya hindi ako nag negative feed, i also checked sa manufaturer's website, okay nga, pero dapat walang bios prompt in the first place..meaning you admit na may ganung incompatibility pero binenta mo pa rin...so in the long run, di na mapakinabangan yung unit kaya sa iba ko na pinagawa then ipinakita sa akin yung problema sa board. this is not about warranty mister... this is about quality and trust...i don't care kahit tambakan mo ko ng nega....i'm always a buyer, not a seller.
