I gave you all the chances to explain, both via PM and SMS. To date, you have not given an explanation for your failure to come to terms with our agreement.
Note that this person agreed to purchase my item at its specified cost. After discussions on the time for the transaction, we agreed to do the sale on 19 March 2008. However, at the designated time and place, this person failed to appear and no longer responded to both my SMS and forum PMs.
It would probably have been okay if I did not have anything else to do that day. However, I just came from a company outing and I had to rush back home to make it on time.
It\'s hard to deal with someone who has no regard for the inconveniences they impose on other people. And for this, I have no recourse but to post bad feedback.
Once you explain why you failed to appear or respond to my SMS/PMs, I will delete this feedback accordingly.

reason for negative feedback: no-show on 4 agreed schedules and locations
details:
1)when i called you the first time, we talked and you said that we can meet at market-market on saturday (Aug 9). So i went there on Aug9 but u didn\'t even call or txt to inform me that you weren\'t coming. I waited for hours for you to call or text me. I managed to find a landline to call you but it kept ringing and when you finally answered on my 14th attempt, you said you fell asleep and couldn\'t leave the house. so you said that u will instead be driving to my place with you scooter on sunday (Aug 10).
2)On sunday (aug10), i didn\'t leave the house just so I can wait for you and test the item. again, you didn\'t show up or bother to tell me that you weren\'t coming at all.
3) on tuesday (aug 12) i called you and asked if we still had a deal. you said yes but you were so busy that you\'ll only be available on Friday. I said ok, so i\'ll wait.
4)On Friday (Aug15), i waited for you to call me in the afternoon but it was already 4pm and i haven\'t heard from you. So i called you up and you told me that you\'re in a meeting and will be in it for a while. i said ok and i waited. and waited. it was 7pm and i was calling you again but your fone was off.
By this time i see that you\'ve deleted your item from the board.
5)On Saturday(Aug16), i called you in the morning and you answered but said that you were \"busy\" the night before. i said ok, but do we still have a deal, you said yes and you will just go to my place on sunday(aug17) to test the item and sell it to me. I sent you my complete address and the directions to go there. And you said that \"pau-ulanan mo pa ako ng negative feedback pag di ako nakapunta sa iyo bukas\".
guess what, you still didn\'t come or even call to tell me that you weren\'t coming.
as per your words, I\'m giving you a negative feedback on all the reasons i\'ve stated above.
I don\'t mind that you can\'t attend to meet up with me, but I do mind that out of all the schedules we\'ve agreed on, not once did you attempt to reach me to tell me that you\'re not available. I already gave you my cell number, my home number, my office number and even my home address!
I don\'t much give negative feedbacks, but you don\'t give me any other choice.

The deal already set and we already agreed on the price, location and time. August 28, certain place in paranaque at 4pm.
August 28 morning I texted you for confirmation, you did not reply.
I texted again in the afternoon, no reply again.
I called you at 4pm but you phone seems to be off or out of coverage area.
I sent you a PM that night, still no response upto now.
