I\'m giving my first negative feedback to you Sir Marvin and BenEight.

Dapat po ito para po matuto na po kayo, para sa mga susunod na transactions eh hindi na po paghihintayin sa wala ang customer ninyo.

I bought my laptop (Alienware 17) from BenEight, the laptop transaction was good and no issues.

So i even decided on buying an Alienware Vindicator Backpack 17. (gusto ko kasi maging regular customer sana nila, since we already made a transaction and it was ok)

I paid for the Alienware Vindicator Backpack for 7,300php, a day before i received my laptop.

I was informed that i need to wait for atleast 1 month. I said \"it\'s ok\".

So i waited, after 1 month, i called them, i spoke with Kat, and she told me \"Sir wala pa po, pero na order na po\" I said \"ah, ok lang sige wait ko na lang\" after a week, sabi naman sken \"na clear na po daw po para mapadala na dito sa PH\"
This happened again ang again, i waited for almost 2 months!

Tapos bigla ba namang sasabihin po sken na \"Out Of Stock\" and Alienware Vindicator Backpack.
Humingi ako ng refund, at naibigay naman sken agad ang pera kinabukasan.

Pero Wow! Ginawa po ninyo akong tanga sa pag aantay sa wala, sana unag tawag ko pa lang, sinabi ninyo na lang po sana ang totoo, kung ano man ang totoo.

Isipin ninyo, pinag antay nyo ako ng almost 2 months, para lang sabihin ninyo sken sa \"kunwari\" ay \"Out of Stock\"

Nga po pala, hindi po Out of Stock. Meron na po akong Alienware Vindicator Backpack 17 for only 5,600php, nung nakuha ko refund, nag bayad ako agad sa ibang reseller/retailer, and after 2 weeks, andito na yung backpack. So anong out of stock pinag sasabi ninyo??

Sana po maging aral na po sa inyo ito, para naman po matuto po sana kayong mag sabi ng totoo at wag mag paasa ng mga customers po ninyo.

BTW. About sa warranty transfer, they can\'t even point me in the right direction, kasi when you buy an Alienware from US you need to transfer the warranty to Asia Pacific, wala sila nagawa dun to help me. But that\'s fine, good thing i happen to know few good people from dell and from an FB Group and here in TPC that helped me.
