  from the JR Yamanote line take the "Electric Town" Exit. Turn left from the turnstile and head toward the konbini & coffee shop to your left. across the street directly ahead is Sofmap 8 -> they have what you want to look for, 1-2 staff can speak (some) english there as well.
  
  bring your passport, some purchases are duty free, so you save the 5% tax.
