  Inquired with this seller aecider yesterday, Monday night Jul 13 2015 for the sale of his iPad Mini 2 for P10k. Things were pretty good early on - we agreed on a Wednesday deal with time and location of his choice. I then requested to deactivate the iCloud user lock to signify my commitment and readiness to acquire the item.
  
  Early morning today, Tuesday, he was kind enough to send me a screenshot of that Activation Unlock via email. He also followed up on our deal, which I confirmed via SMS.
  
  This afternoon though, he suddenly backed out via SMS, offering no explanation, and was also not answering my calls.
