  I was able to bought an ATI Radeon 9250 128bit 256mb DDR PCI card for P700
  
  Naka tsamba since PCI graphics cards right now are rare and expensive if mag search e**y.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Nahihilig na naman ako magbuo ng retro PC, gusto ko naman magbuo ng Socket A based retro PC for Windows 98 using at least Athlon 1Ghz.
  
  I still have my other AGP cards like ATI Radeon 9600 Pro and Geforce 6200 256mb. Gusto ko sana ng Geforce 6600 or Geforce 6800 AGP pero ang mahal na.

  Don't install Windows 98 (unsafe, no security patches). Install Linux for low spec PC instead.

  Well I dont have any plan to connect it sa internet.
  
  This build is just for playing Win98 era games.
  
  I also have WinXP PC.
  
  Why not just build via Virtualization like Virtual Box? For me I like to play it on actual compatible hardware and nostalgia feeling.

  I still got a voodoo5 5500 agp (i found from japan surplus shop),
  Planning to install it with a compaq presario (pentium 3 bsaed) a friend given to me.
  Current problem ko is finding an IDE/PATA hard drive -
  also looking din for S462 motherboard for my 1.1GHz Athlon Thunderbird.

  You may use a converter SATA to IDE converter.
  
  
  
  
  Magiging problem lang is if meron ka pa ikokonek na isa pang device sa ide cable. AFAIK, walang jumper settings yun converter.
