(mura ng mura ang customer , he keeps on saying the word F**KING)
(the agent started to say her spiel on customer using profane words)
agent: mr cust, we do not tolerate profanity in our company blah blah blah
Cx: (sige parin ng sige sa kakamura) %$$#$%$$#$%$@ F**KING blah blah blah
Agent: (medyo nairita narin) pasigaw na sinabi na " mr Cust I can only help you with your concern if you stop F**KING me!!!!"

agent: for the password, it must be 5-8 characters long, you can use both numbers & number.

Gateway Password reset...
agent: we need to hardreset your gateway. At the bottom part of the gateway you will see a small hole, inside that hole there is a switch. We need to poke that switch to reset your gateway. Do you have a.. ah... a toothpick? so we could poke the switch inside the hole. Continuously poking that hole with a toothpick for 5-7 secs.
cx: I dont have any toothpick, but I have a pen here...
