Question is, may microwave ba na capable of baking simple food like mentioned above?

My microwave has a grill. But its pretty much only for browning the top of something. As in only one heating element on top so the cooking is via infra red rays coming from the top unlike a toaster oven which has infra red and hot air coming from the bottom
I used this for pan pizza but the bottom is cooked on an induction stove
Make dough (I cheated by using baking powder not yeast and not waiting overnight)
Place on cast iron pan with lots of oil
cook until bottom is cooked
transfer to ceramic plate
add sauce
add toppings
grill in microwave in grill mode
It might be better and cheaper to just buy 2 separate devices, a microwave and either a large toaster oven or if you are serious about baking, a dedicated convection oven. Jack of all trades master of none

Ang problem ko lang ngayon is laging medyo sunog yung baba at gilid pag nagbabake ako ng banana cake hahaha bottom lang yung settings ko, grill rack placed at the middle @170C (176 yung nasa recipe). Thank you

@ksolomon,
kevstar is right top and bottom dapat kasi more on cooked na yung ilalim minsan then mejo runny pa yung top so you overcompensate. well you could also try lowering the heat but then settle for a longer baking time and you'll still might end up with a runny top. In my case gamit ko talaga usually mga ovenproof glass pans or bakeware para madali mamonitor so kita mo more or less agad.
