in my opinion relatively mas madali ang trabaho sa call center. mahirap lang yung shifting schedule. i tried working there so my basis would be a comparison to my current job.
+1 in call center all you have to do is to take a call and manipulate those caller.
depende sa handle mong account, at management na rin
well it depends also to the agent how he/she manage the time, and also manage those top management. :)

depede sa tao kung magiging mahirap o hindi.IMO kalusugan ang pangunahing issue pag CC agent ka.

mahirap call center sa umpisa kasi:
1. night shift: magaadjust ka
2. you need to take english exams habang nagtratraining ka sympre kelangan mo maipasa kundi alis ka.
3. starting salary: since you are a newbie nasa 12k-15k lang range ng salary mo ako nga 13250 nun nagumpisa ngayun 2**** na XD.
4. calls calls calls time management pati
5. wala ka ng kaibigan sa umaga
6. araw2x ka mumurahin ng mga customer.
pero kung may exp ka na.

tsaka depende kung saang account ka bumagsak after mo makapasa. Yung iba kasi isang account tapos iba't ibang line of business may escalations, repair, orders etc. kaya swertehan din. Ako okay na email lang tsaka minimal calls siguro 3-5 lang per day.

I'm currently working at StarTek. Una nasabak ako sa calls, under a telco account. Grabe, yun haggard palage, puyat, tuyo ang lalamunan. Pero after a while nakapag-adapt naman ako sa environment. Happy ako dito, maganda ang management, mabilis naman ang pagtaas ng position nung mga top agents namin. Luckily before ako maregular nalipat ako ng department to an offline one. We handle emails now, and my God. Imagine, processing 4-5 emails a day, with templates to use. At sobrang easy lang ng trabaho namin, attaching discounts on customers' accounts lang. Accept or Decline lang.
Minsan swertehan lang din kung san ka ilalagay ng management. Ako sinwerte lang ako malipat dito sa department na 'to. Nagkaroon lang ng opening biglaan. At bilang lang kaming mga agents dito. Hanggang ngayon di na ulit nagopening for this department. Dami nga naiinsecure, kasi yung kasama namin sa floor nagtatake ng calls habang kami petix lang ( Oo, wala kaming sariling floor, maliit na department nga lang kasi kami ). At yung sweldo namin is about 16++ per month kasi per hour kami dito, minsan nga nag OT pa kami tapos tatambay lang. Madami ding benefits.
So far, sobrang masaya naman at malaki naman ang inunlad ko dito sa job ko na 'to. After a few months pag napaganda ko na scorecards ko, I'll try applying for a higher post naman :)

All jobs have their own pros and cons. You can't compare a certain job with another. There are a lot of factors to consider like time, management and stuff. Syempre kasama na din dun yung preferences at expertise mo. But, for me, being in a call center is the job for me.

lahat naman ng trabaho mahirap kung hindi mo trip yung ginagawa mo...
pero once naging masaya ka sa ginagawa mo, kahit gaano pa kahirap ang trabaho, eh napakadali para sayo...
