it would be much better if you can answer the questions in english. it would show that you can think immediately in english which is what\'s needed when entertaining calls.

May problema lang kasi ako when pronouncing words with the letter S. To most people mukhang naiintindihan naman nila but for some parang sh daw ako magsalita ng s.

Ok na.. Nice thread. Dami kong natutunan. Pero ang pinakamalaking klaban ko is ung prang wala akong tiwala sa sarili ko, For the past two months i\'ve been planning to apply as a call center agent, until now hindi parin ako nagpapainterview, I know some pipol working at a call center pero I have no idea kung panu takbo ng interview or gano ba kadugo ang interview? Like ung mga sample questions na cnabi sa taas, kaya ko nman sagutin ng malinaw pero sometimes pagka ibang question na, mejo nasstuck ako kc xempre magiicp ka ng isasagot mo...I know I can speak good english pero anu ba ung average english na sinasabi? ganu ba kafluent un? Pede po kau magbigay ng score nyo sa sarili nyo? Scale 1-10 ano kau? pagpalagay na nating 10 si Boy Abunda, san kau? : >

I really have no idea how it goes for other call centers pero sa TP (teleperformance) kung nasaan ako ngayon, mga usual questions lang din like tell me something about yourself at mga bagay tungkol sa pinaglalagay mo sa resume mo. More than anything else kasi ang pinakamahalaga sa kanila is if you can speak good english. Basta dapat lang talaga kahit na sobrang kabado ka, dapat hindi mo pahalata.

Hindi lahat ng cc ay same question ang ibibigay nila sau even with the same company different question din sila. Tulad na lang nung nagapply ako sa isang cc sa greenbelt, basic question lang titignan lang ung pagdeliver mo ng words pero nung nagtry ako sa isa nilang branch sa alabang, may isang picture ipapakita ang nagiinterview tapos sasabihin mo ang past,present and future na meron dun sa pix na yun..
Tip lang talaga lalo na sa mga fresh graduate na gusto agad makapagwork at sa isang cc cla nakapagapply, BE PREPARED.. Hindi sila nadadaan sa bola2. Haha..

guys, mga x-call center agents or gustong itry mag callcenter agent,yung mga gustong lumipat or walang work ngyong 2013.baka gusto nyo try mag apply sa CVG tayuman. -just make sure na ikaw yung mag-handle ng coversation nyu para di ka tanungin ng tanungin..
example..
pagtinanong ka about yourself umisip ka ng kwento na kayang kaya mu ikwento in english para kahit magtanong ung interviewer, may masasagot ka..
and magtanong ka din sa interviewer yung parang siya na iniinterview mo.. :)
