Black screen. CPU fan running backwards

    this is my computer

    I Updated the BIOS to .12
    Add
    2gb Ram
    Radeon HD 5450 DDR3 2GB
    Upgraded to Win7 Ult

    I used
    Clockgen and I can only speed up to 1.7ghz

    used amd control center to speed the graphics card to 700mhz fsb

    It all worked fine.
    But when I booted it this morning I got Black screen and Cpu fan running on reverse

    Im not sure whats causing this. Help me pls Thanks

    ^reset your BIOS, youre overclocking configuration maybe the culprit.
