IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming issues via telephone, email, or web chat, and provide a quality customer service experience
Utilize communication and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve customer issues
Identify, document, and report software issues/defects experienced by customers
Write and maintain technical knowledge base documents and other forms of documentation
Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience
FRESH GRADUATES OR NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Could start immediately
Willing to work in Ortigas.
