walang masyado papapansin dito kaso mukhang NOOB or spammer ang poster based on the very generic title of the thread. So next time make the titile descriptive.
Anyway, boot from DVD/flash drive that has a bootable windows installer. If your DVD installer doesnt work in that laptop, verifiy its sira in another PC

Put windows installer in USB and set 1st boot to usb.
Use Rufus, FlashBoot USB v2.1c, Universal USB Installer, Windows 8 USB Installer etc...
