Laptop PROBLEM! Automatically shutting down exactly every 30 minutes.

  I have a ASUS VIVO book and my problem with this laptop is always shutting down every 30 minutes. I tried to read some technical issues on other forums and I tried to fix on my own but it still the same, nothings change on my laptop. I already check and change the POWER MANAGEMENT settings and on BIOS. Please help me, any suggestions will really appreciated thank you

  have you tried staying on the BIOS setup page for 30 min?
  If nag shutdown pa din doon then its a hardware problem since wala pa ang windows OS at that stage
  
  also ano temps mo?

  Suspected ko may problem ka sa temp
  try mo linisin at reapply ng thermal paste
  
  ung laptop ko 80 and idle pero hindi nag shutdown
  plano ko na linisin pag may time

  iniisip ko nga hardware problem issue tong sa laptop ko. normal naman yung temperature nya, pero ang nakakapagtaka kasi exact 30 minutes sya then mag shutdown sya ng walang reminder. kung hardware problem kasi para may nag ttrigger sa system na exact 30 minutes mag shutdown na sya and pag open ulit ng laptop back to normal then 30 minutes again paulit-ulit yung nangyayari.

  try booting from a linux CD and see if it recurs. if yes then hardware

  I agree with sir AmalgamvsAloof. It\'s possible that it\'s some form of malware/virus.

  Try a linux live CD/USB first. You don\'t need to reformat yet.

  Gamit ka ng ZYZOOMWIN7PE2011 (735 MBytes LiveCD).
  Para ma boot, run sa Windows at ma test.
  Meron ata sa torrent.
