Mga Sir , Posible po kayang makita sa server ang 2 ISP khit magkaiba ng IP ?
ISP 1= GAMING (SMART) IP ADDRESS (192.168.1.1)
ISP 2= BROWSING (GLOBE) IP ADDRESS (192.168.254.1)
SERVER (?), NET TIMER (Cafe Manila 8.6.6)
bawat client pu pwede po kyang palitan ng ISP ? pero kita parin sa SERVER at hindi mag co conflict ?
Pasensya po sa abala mga Sir , medyo kulang po ako ng kaalaman pag dating sa computer kya humihingi po ako ng tulong mula sa inyo . :)

multi-wan router is needed on your needs. with the knowledge of Networking, generally you must know how to distinguish what IP and port of that online game you installed on you computer shop. Pag hindi mo alam yung IP at port ng game, useless din.
Or you can just call some service to install pfsense for you, para wala ka na sakit ng ulo. -

ISP 1 = GAMING (SMART) IP ADDRESS (192.168.1.1) change to (192.168.254.2)
ISP 2 = BROWSING (GLOBE) IP ADDRESS (192.168.254.1) hindi ko na po pinalitan
SERVER PC = IP. - 192.168.254.104 (sinubukan ko po sa pc4 kya nka 104 po )
SUBNET - 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY - 192.168.254.1
DNS1 - 192.168.254.1 (globe)
DNS2 - 192.168.254.2 (smart)
NET TIMER : MANILA CAFE 1.10 version (free trial ) 10 clients
CLIENT PC1 = IP - 192.168.254.105
SUBNET - 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY - 192.168.1 or 2 (pwede n pong palitan at nakikita na po sa server na wlang conflict)
DNS1- 192.168.254.1
DNS2 - 192.168.254.2
CLIENT PC2 = IP - 192.168.254.106
SUBNET - 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY - 192.168.1 or 2 (pwede n pong palitan at nakikita na po sa server na wlang conflict)
DNS1- 192.168.254.1
DNS2 - 192.168.254.2
CLIENT PC3 = IP - 192.168.254.107

BUT, AFTER almost 2 hours nawla ung internet sa ISP1 = GAMING (SMART) 192.168.254.2 . (TP-LINK ROUTER orig. IP is 192.168.1.1 ) , inireSET ko po ung ROUTER at gumana sa 192.168.1.1 at ayaw na po sa 192.168.254.2
wla nmn pung probema ung ISP 2 .
MALI PO KYA UNG SETTINGS KO SA ISP1 ?
TAMA rin po kyo wla rin po akung knowledge sa IP at PORT GAME , mainam nga po cgurong tumawag ng service ..about sa PFsense ee hindi po pamilyar sakin ung software n un .

as far as I see, your just swicthing between 2 gateways not a vaiable solution for me, I can just use 1 gateway and let my dual wan router handle those routing stuff, sa case mo, I can separate those web surfing/download/streaming/voip on WAN1 and online games on WAN2.
Yung ginawa mo pwede yan, pero once na meron naka set sa WAN1 mo ang nag internet, useless din. -

Setup a firewall (pfSense or any HW firewall)
this is how it should look like

___pfSense/ any FW

basically, yung mga clients mo, nakaDefault gateway kay pfSense/FW.
so si pfSense/FW mo dapat tatlo NIC:
1 nic - SMART
1 nic -GLOBE
1 nic - internal network (or pede din masmadami ito depending on the traffic)
then you configure pfSense/FW to classify the traffic.
eg. port 80/443 outbound, punta kay GLOBE (web browsing)
all other traffic, daan kay SMART
