I tried overclocking using below settings but it seem not working because windows wouldnt load and \"windows is loading file\" will appear. Sometimes it will restart my pc and automatically change to default settings. My mobo is Gigabyte P31 with 4gb ram, GT 640 videocard and Raptor 500ws psu.
Here are the overclock settings. tell me whats wrong, i used stock voltage only.

cpu host frequency - 333
pci express frequency - 100

pcie overvoltage cntrl - normal
fsb overvoltage cntrl - normal
