Hi! I am a SMART LTE prepaid subscriber. I have a decent 4G connection in our area, but if my phone connects to a 3G network (maybe when 4G signal is unstable) l get an H+ but I receive no data at all. Seems like I only have internet if I\'m connected to 4G. Right now I switched to LTE only mobile network, but how about if there\'s no 4G signal in the area? I need that 3G. Is this a problem with Smart or it\'s our area or something. I have no clue.

Hi im using samsung s5 prime for my smart postpaid lte but i cant get any 4g lagi lng 3g what should i do thanks

maybe you can check the availability of the service in your location first or try to use different phone that has 4g capability to isolate the issue first.

so im not the only person experiencing this.
im using Smart LTE also , pero as of the moment nag exceed na ako sa cap , dapat bagsak sa 3G connection yung akin, pero paputol putol yung connection. hindi 80% reliability yung connection
mabilis naman 4G ko
