Tablet help help help

  Hi guys,
  
  I need some help. I want to buy a tablet. I cant make a clear decision.
  
  The tablets with links:
  
  1.Neo Shift n1

  My favorite is still the Acer, because its a famous brand.
  A while ago, I had a Neo Laptop and I wasnt satisfied at all.
  Cherry Mobile, hmm no opinion.
  The minus point with the Acer is the size, its just 8\", the other 2 are 10\". The minus point with Cherry Mobile is the 2 MP Camera, the other 2 have a 5 MP camera.
  
  What I want to do with it, browsing the internet, gaming, working, taking pictures and watching movies.
  
  If you have a complete other tablet to recommend, my budged is just up to 14-15k.
  
  I really appreciate every help here.

  I forgot, just Windows 8.1 tablets ;) I am not going with Android or the Apple think.

  Which one i should choose, bnew android tablet or ipad mini_1(demo unit) for fb, skyp and coc. The choices have almost the same price.

  whats a good 8 incher that has efficient battery power but not so pricey?
