Limited connectivity or no connection

  • nag pakabit ako ng globe plan 1299 broadband dsl and landline

    ok naman yung wifi nya pag kinonect yung phone at tablet

    pero yung laptop pag itry mo i connect \"Limited connectivity or no connection\"

    tumawag na din ako sa customer service ng globe, ok naman at na troubleshoot ko na din by power cycle

    but pag kinonect ko yung laptop sa mobile hotspot kumo connect naman sya

    ive done command promt
    ipconfig release
    ipconfig renew

    gumagana din yung net pag kinabit yung LAN cable

    - sa network po ba ang problema?

  • try mo muna gumamit ng Lan cable sa laptop mo pag may internet pwede may problema ung onboard wifi ng laptop mo.

    1. update mo drive ng wifi ng laptop mo.
    2. try mo i-connect sa ibang wifi router yung laptop mo.

  • ganito din sa laptop ko.. newbie Lang po ako.. paano po yung pag update my software driver ng wifi card?? pwede po through online ang pag a update?

    Method 1: Windows update. Go to device manager, select the wifi card, then select update driver. Obviously, this method requires an active internet connection.

    Method 2: download from manufacturer\'s web site. Determine the name of the wifi card using device manager. find the manufacturer\'s web site (may it be intel, broadcom, realtek, etc.) find the drivers there. Google is your friend, but make sure that the driver download is on the manufacturer\'s web site and not some questionable 3rd-party web site.
  • Remove niyo lang lahat ng WIFI profile. restart PC, the connect to your home wifi again and enter password,
