QNO Routers sino nakasubok na? (PASOK!) internet cafe/company

  I used to be a QNO loyalist, nakakailang qno models na ang nasubukasn ko. Almost every year, nasisira, bumibili pa rin ako ng kapalit. Ok lang kahit mabilis masira, maganda naman kasi ang features, yan ang katwiran ko before, pero ngayon, mabilis na nga masira, palpak pa pati mga features, not to mention ang pamahal ng pamahal nilang presyo. I admit until now QNO pa rin ang gamit ko, still hoping na magbago ang support nila at makinig sa feedbacks at complains ng mga customers.
  
  I\'m using QVF7303 Multi-Wan user (4wans) but the issue is, hindi nakakakuha ng DNS for Globe ISP...no connection kahit mag specify ka. Another issue is the traffic statistics, where i used to monitor the traffic and bandwidth consumptions ng bawat client pc. Traffic Statistics is not working as it used to before, kailangan mo pa maghintay ng ilang minutes bago sya magrefresh, unlike the previous qno models na once you click \"refresh button\" simultaneously it will display current and updated traffic logs.
  
  I get their attention regarding this, but instead of fixing the issue or contacting QNO Taiwan for a firmware release, mukang minamasama pa. Gusto yata nila lunukin na lang ng customer ang product nila kahit na may bugs ito. Considering the item is P23,500. Ang sinasagot nila sa akin ay \"ganun po talaga yon ma\'am\"....
