PLDT Portal Error

  PLDT Portal error :(
  
  I own a computer shop 7 days na walang internet becuase of the portal error that is happening on PLDT
  
  7 days na ko nag follow up sa PLDT
  all they\'re saying is that there is a migration on going
  walang ngyayari recycled report lang ang sinasabi even the supervisor there
  
  any suggestion or inputs on whats is happening
  ang lumalabas lang sa browser kapag nag navigate sa website is
  Account Number
  Phone Number
  Service ID
  
  pero wla na maclick :(

  2 beses na nangyari sa akin ito at laging more than 1 week bago nila naayos yun issue. Sad to say is wala tayong magagawa sa side natin to fix it, nasa side talaga ng PLDT ang issue. I-follow up nyo lang ng i-follow up sa kanila.

  I thought I was the only one who had this problem. Umalis ako for a business trip on December 14 and when I got back on December 19, hindi na magamit yung internet namin dito sa bahay because of that problem. According to my parents, they couldn\'t use the internet starting on December 17 pa.
  
  I already reported it to PLDT twice. Sabi nila \"nationwide\" problem daw siya. If that\'s the case bakit yung mga kapitbahay kong PLDT DSL din ang gamit eh wala naman problem sa internet nila?
  
  Nakakainis lang. Active yung account at binabayaran mo yet hindi magamit yung Internet dahil sa problema sa side nila? They ought to reimburse us for those days na hindi natin magamit service nila. Paano na lang if you work from home? Sira na yung trabaho mo.
