  Yong sa bahay 3mbps up and down pina bridgemode ko para magamit ko ang 3rd party router with 9dbi antenna wala naman nagbago sa speed. Gamit ko mhigit 1 year na.
  
  Last Sunday, itinawag ko para ibalik sa router mode at tanggalin ko na sana ang 3rd party router ko. Ginawa nila ng Monday 10am pero nawalan ng net dumating ang 11pm di parin gumana. So, ginawa ko ina-access ko ang UNO router at ginawa kong Bridge Mode at disabled DHCP salpak ulit 3rd party router naging 20mbps up and down.

  sino recently nakapag bridge mode, luckly PLDT renabled my adminpldt admin acc sa ONU ko, then I set it to bridge mode. Then ran speed tests, sa CP ko 50-60mbps naman, pero sa laptop 20-25mbps, connected on the same WIFI (5ghz) sa WRT1900ACS v2 router ko.
  
  Possible bang kelangan pa itwag sa PLDT to fix speed issues ? or maybe something to do with DDWRT wireless settings?

  mga sir may magkakabit na sa amin bukas ask ko lang, para saan ba ung Bridge Mode or Router Mode? ok ba WiFi signal ng mismong modem/router ng PLDT? meron din akong Globe Huawei B315s-936 Router pwede ko bang magamit un? TIA

  Ano ba benefits kapag naka bridged mode? Kung gagamit lang din naman ng 2nd party router d ba dapat i-disable nalang DHCP ni Pldt modem tapos enable dhcp ni 2nd router? Enlighten me pls, sorry newbie..
  
  Another question po: Kapag nabago ko na sa bridged mode ma aaccess pa ba ang 192.168.1.1 gui?

  yes ma access pa mag static kalang ng same subnet ng IP range ng 192.168.1.x
  
  lagay lang sa configuration mo sa windows network 192.168.1.2 subnet 255.255.255.0
  
  no need for gateway kasi rekta ka naman naka connect sa mismong device

  May nakaka-pag request pa ba ng bridge mode na retail customers lately? Seems like di na daw ito pinapayagan ng pldt. They only allow it for biz plans. I wonder why are they taking this approach. This plus yung pag-revoke ng access the adminpldt account.

  Am actually just wondering why. In my case, I still have complete access to the ONU and I was able to do the bridging myself without speed degradation.

  It is generally discouraged to enable bridging because traffic which is bridged is not hardware-offloaded, and will cause a decrease in performance. It is highly advised to use a dedicated switch connected to one of the LAN interfaces to allow for multiple ports of connectivity to the LAN rather than bridging.

  mga sir mam currently installed na pldt fiber 1900 dito sa amin. ang binibigay lang is admin 1234 na username at pass. balak ko kasi disable wifi ni modem at ikabit sa tplink ko para macontrol ko bandwith. any advice para magawa ko po sana na ma access gui at ma link sa tplink ko pra ma utilize ang qos? salamat po

  Sakin nagrequest ako na ibrudge mode ung modem.na gamit ko but sad to say yung specific model ba gamit ko e hindi pde for that.

  brothers. im using fibr plan 1699(20mbps as advertised and availed and installed last august 10.) then upgraded for same amount but 25mbps for free. all i did was called the hotline and waited for 1 hour till csr responded. worth the wait. i also inserted if pwedi mag paactivate ng lan 2 and 3 (but i already activated it with superuser account/password), i just wanted to see if the csr will see what i did to the router. then i receive a text to my registered mobile number that my case was solve, while im still talking to the csr. well, i cant say if wether they really activated it or not because i already activated it prior. only thing i observed was the lan 4, prior to calling the cs - the lan 4 doesnt give internet connection. but now im using lan 4 directly to the pc and all of the ports gives internet connection now.
  
  oh, i did enabled the ipv4/ipv6. i dont know the benefits but all i get in speedtest.net is ping 2ms (sometimes 1ms and the max i had so far was 3ms), 19mbps (max before upgrade and 16mbps min), 27mbps (min on free upgrade and 35mbps max). oh, i dont know how to put the ss here, sorry.
  
  is there anyone experience like this? i hope you do have an explanation because everyone loves to hear it. are exploits valid here?

  Hindi na gumagana yung tawag. Pag tumawag ka sasabihin sayo message mo yung PLDT home sa facebook. Tapos dito naman sa messaging e kelangan mo mag send sa kanila ng waiver. Medyo hassle.

  mga boss gumagana ba yung router mode ng pldt sa cisco rs042 na may vpn or kailangan talagang i-bridge mode? meron kasi kaming static ip, biz plan. salamat sa sasagot :)

  sa experience ko pareho lang speed makukuha mo whether pldt mismo mag bridge mode or ikaw don sa dashboard ng onu. pero pag route mode di baba speed mo bridge mode kalahati na lang makukuha mo
