@xxGILxx - ganun talaga ang procedure nila hindi namna kasi lahat ng store merong technician na nakaposte. Since mukhang nagmamadali ka kaya advise ka nila magpunta sa annex dahil nandun ung isang service center nila na merong mga technician na pwedeng tumingin sa unit mo. As far as I know may 2 silang service center ung nasa SM north at isa sa Prnque.
if it will take 3 weeks just to check on the problem, imagine how long will it take to repair the unit and send it back to the store. and you want me to call it good service?
If you classify it as bad after sales halos lahat ng company puro bad after sales na, even Samsung, Neo (laptop) iba pang retailer store ganyan ang procedure. Ung nasa Gateway is a store wala talagang tech na makakapagbukas ng unit mo dun and since out of the outright replacement period nila hindi din nila pwedeng palitan unit mo kailangan muna talaga tingnan ng tech.
sorry but i have a different experience with services of stores which caters to specific brand only, just like the gateway store that carries ifive brands only. no sense in comparing the gateway store to other stores distributing multiple brands.
