Does Smart Bro implement a throttling/capping with their SIM-based postpaid plans similar with the recently with GLobe which they recently implemented (more details on <click here for link>
7)? I'm thinking of switching to SIM-based SMART Bro Easy Application Plan 399
which has the following:
• Monthly fee: P399/month (SMS or other services aside from data will be charged on top of MSF)
• Inclusive Hours: 50 hours*
• Connection: Device dependent
• Speed: Up to 7.2 Mbps**
• Lock-in period: No lock in for SIM Only or 6 months with Smart Bro device (Just pay a one time fee of P888 for the Power Plug It or P1,700 for the Pocket WiFi)
The good thing with said plan is the Anti Bill Shock feature
: In excess of the allocated hours, default charging will be P 5 / 15 mins until you reach cap of P999
where you can already enjoy unlimited surfing.

If SMART Bro does the same throttling/capping with their SIM-based postpaid plans, what's the limit (How many GB before they throttle you down)?
