nVIDIA Kepler - GeForce 600/700 series(Trolls will be banned)

  • Because of the fixed driver, i'm actually able to play the witcher 3 decently with high settings and adaptive vsync using a GTX 760.

Zotac 760 AMP sakin sir.. ano yung detailed settings mo sir para ma copy ko.. hehe.. ang alam ko sir sakin... nala medium lang yung shadow and yung Foliage Visibility tas off yung Hairworks..
  • Same as yours, the rest on high or ultra with AA, HBAO, bloom and lightrays turned on. Textures and terrain detail on ultra, the rest on high. Other effects such as blur and vignetting are off. This is all at 1080p. Additionally, enable ingame hardware cursor and enable adaptive vsync at the nvidia control panel as these settings really help smoothen the gameplay experience.

Just to clarify, I'm getting a range of 30 to 55 FPS with average of around mid 30's in built up areas like Novigrad and 40's in countryside areas like Skellige. Not that great, but definitely very playable.

Definitely. Just upgrading to a Core i3-4170 will give you a huge jump in fps on the GTX 750 Ti :-)

Regardless of all this, if you bought either the R9 290X or GTX 780 Ti back when they were the new hotness, you should still be extremely happy with your purchase since both continue to deliver very good performance at 1440P and will likely grant even more impressive results at 1080P. Moving 4K without image quality sacrifices may be a bridge too far given the limitations of the each core’s architecture and memory layout but there’s a good amount of time until anyone with a GTX 780 Ti or R9 290X need to think about upgrading. We’ll be sure to stay on top of this as new games are released and make these look-back reviews part of our regular article rotation.
