*Sony PS Vita (a.k.a. NGP / PSP2) thread

  • Thanks Amaneusis!

    I'm a big fan of GoG because they have great customer service and I bought my 64GB there so I would know they sell one. Been dealing with them for over 18 months online and I've never had a problem with their service so far, which is the opposite of DataBlitz.
  • available for preorder na SAO: Lost Song :)
  • I found a working fix sa facebook error on psv.

    1) download facebook app in ps store, keep it open
    2) minimize fb app, sync trophies or whatnot. it will publish it fb.

    Unfortunately, Vita is filled with indies and "Mini Games" so finding the right game for you is a sort of a trial by error.

    If casual games are your thing then the Vita is for you.
  • For those interested in getting the new Toukiden: Kiwami <click here for link>
  • guys may r1 na ba ng kiwami sa gog or db?
  • maganda yung Kiwami, or even the original Toukiden. this year din ilalabas yung English God Eater 2: Rage Burst :)

    Based on the GoG Website: No. But you can talk to them via their website chat of FB message them. They sometimes have an R1 somewhere not listed on their website or you can request one but it might take time if they can get one for you.

  • Question po. If i buy a ps vita from japan, would i be able to play games bought here?
  • yes
  • Question po. If i buy a ps vita from japan, would i be able to play games bought here?

    Games have no region lock, so any Vita game card you buy will be playable on your vita. That's the straight answer.

    But you must consider as well that your warranty might not be valid on the philippines.

    There's also the button configuration for the hardware. In japan, generally it is:

    X=Cancel, O=Confirm

    For the games, it's commonly -

    Region 1 (US), Region 2 (EU), Region All:

    X=Confirm, O=Cancel

    Region 3 (Asia)

    X=Cancel, O=Confirm

    If its confusing: My point is if you don't want to get confused over the buttons, try to stick with games that are R3 if you buy a Japan PSV so that the unit and game will have a complimenting button configuration.

  • Region 2 (EU)

    X=Confirm, O=Cancel

    Correction lang sir. Triangle=Cancel
  • Correction lang sir. Triangle=Cancel

    Ah, another thing to add to the confusion that are Regions. I stand corrected.
  • May tanong po ako mga ka Vita,

    Yung friend ko kasi ang kulit, pinadalhan siya kasi ng PSVita na galing Dubai, ngayon nagulat siya bakit "Made in the Philippines" yung nakalagay sa charger o adapter nya. Tanong ko po sana, mayroon po ba talagang charger ng PS Vita (Slim) na Made in the Philippines?
  • ^^

    panahon pa ng PSP may made in the ph ng charger

    If the vita connects without problems to the PSN store. It's real, at least the unit is. For the charger, I don't think sony outsources to the PH for hardware, so I think that one's the fake, The unit could be second hand, or stolen. :D

    Agree, naka bili din ako brandnew psp naka lagay sa charger made in the philippines. Kala ko din fake. Ewan ko lang sa vita.
  • Ang tanong lang dyan. bago ba nabili yung PS Vita? kung bago man yan, anong masama sa Made in the Philippines gawa ang charger? ang parts ng laptop, hdd, cd-rom, floppy drive etc. may mga Made in the Philippines yan. dapat nga maging proud tayo dahil nakikita natin ang produkto na gawa sa atin.
  • US PSN Flash Sale! Games under 5USD.
  • ^wow!
  • kawawa naman ang made in Ph. minamaliit.

    ako made in the Philippines.
  • yung sa charger na made in Philippines, di peke yun, kasi yung charger ko nung regular na PSVita ko na nabili ko nung launch date niya sa US eh made in the Philippines, and matibay naman yung mga Made in the Philippines na charger ah, yung sa PSP ko na charger na made in the Philippines ay buhay na buhay padin.. hahahaha...
  • kawawa naman ang made in Ph. minamaliit.

    Made in the Phils lang fake agad...kawawa talaga. lol!

    thanks in advance mga masters!

    Let me guess, either the right or both analog stick moves on their own, same as mine. Its a common hardware problem. Even if it's covered by warranty, prepare to dish out at least 700php. Bring the receipt, I guess.
Kung PS vita fat, no choice.
