Mga boss saan nakakabiling copper shims kasi lagyan ko sana yung gpu and cpu ng laptop kasi lagi overheat.

try mo sa ebay,,, kung dito locally pasadya pa, hanap ka ng store ng copper sheets like sa arranque soler, tindahan ng mga tanso,,

copper shims o brass shims? kung brass shims sa mga auto supply madami.

...meron pa yata akong mga unused nito pero pang AMD AXP pa lol
actually pang protect lang naman ito sa delicate edge nung proc

i used to have a shim for my old athlon. Its less for overheating. It is more for preventing damage to the corners of the cpu from the HSF spring
AFAIK wala use kasi lahat ng CPU ngayon meron heatspreader

Pwede kaya ang 10 pesos coins as copper shim?? kasi copper alluminum sya. mas maganda pang absorve???

^hindi NOT UNLESS lilihain mo until maging totally flat surface siya.. tapos, hindi lang diyan nagtatapos, make sure dapat na tama lang thickness, too much thickness will cause more harm than good, to thin will lead to catastrophic damages (exaggerated).. :)
