  kainis, last december ako bumili, 5k yung nabili ko, ngayon tumingin ako, nasa 4k na lang yung nabili kong printer, pero contented naman with my brother j220, with 2years extended warranty, madaling gamitin at di cya maingay tulad ng hp. meron din syang paper tray

  based sa experience using mfc 5890,
  
  mahina ang print head nyan, sakit sa ulo, di pede massive printing (A3),
  
  unlike sa T1100 ng epson na matibay, reliable,
  
  mfc5890 print head will cost you 6K ang palit,....
  
  ...kaya yung gamit namin dito, network scanner na lang ang gamit nya...

  bumigay brother ng dad ko in less than a year. i forgot about the model but its the one with fax feature. technically under warranty pa sya, but warranty doesnt cover comsumables like inks and print head!! which would cost us almost the same price of a bnew one if replaced. @_@

  called the brother hotline sabi nila kasama sa 1yr warranty ang printer head nya after nun hindi na kasama sa extended na another year

  face the print quality issues, not so good...

  I've been using my MFC-6490CW with no trouble. I've had it since 2009 and it still prints well. Its an inkjet printer so I wont look for laserjet quality from it. I also used thenet uv dye inks with extended cartridges so far so good everyday printing of about an average of 10 pages. I also own an epson printer ganun din after 2 to 3 years bumigay din ang print head using original inks pa. Pag cardboard printing and check printing I print it with my epson tx100 kasi ayaw kainin ng feeder yun cardboard sa brother hehe. Pero masasabi ko lang nde ko na kailangan lumabas para magpa photocopy kahit A3, magkano lang yun ink 80 petot per 100ml 1 liter cost around 500 - 600 petot ata yun. Pag opis use swak na swak wireless connections pa =) you can print anywhere as long as you are in reach of your router's signal. 29k ko ata nabili yun unit ko ngayon 19k nalang wow. HP printers kahit Epson pag A3 size cost aroung 20k+ etong brother may scanner na wireless pa!

  kabbili ko lang kanina ng Brother MFC-J265W All-in-One with Fax Printer..kaso pag tinatry ko na mag-install thru wireless nagrrestart ung PC ko...pero pag thru USB oks naman walang prob.
  
  eto ung part ng installation na mag-rrestart.

  @james try mo install using USB lang muna pag na install mo using USB gagana na yan sa wireless just make sure your settings sa printer mismo sinunod mo na

  hindi picture quality ang print out ng brother printers.documents at mga projects lang sya
