pagkakaalam ko default is 192.168.1.1 pero ayaw pa rin.

192.168.1.1 is the edimax router gateway IP address. kaya ayaw tanggapin password mo coz malamang sa edimax ka nag lo login at hindi sa modem.
connect mo muna isang pc directly sa modem. then once nakaka internet na yung PC na yun, type sa command prompt, ipconfig /all tapos hanapin mo yung gateway IP address value. yan ang ilagay mo sa browser mo.

connect the modem directly to PC then check the Default gateway (IPv4 Default gateway) under network connection properties. use that address to access it thru your browser.

^^ try connecting the modem sa ibang PC or laptop... afaik 192.168.1.1 talaga yung default gateway IP address.. also try 10.0.0.1 if it works

Guys RE: Remote mangement sa router na to, kailangan ko ba i-off?
By default naka set sa WAN, ibig sabihin ba noon pede nila gawan ng remote adjustment yung Router ko? May previous experience kasi ako na pinag-tripan net ng Smart Bro ko remotely so I\'m thinking if I should turn this one off.

Nabasa mo na to?
You have to manually set a static IP sa LAN mo before mo access yung Zyxel P-600 in bridge mode. During this time hindi ka makakapag-net while configuring it.

^^ also try performing \"hard reset\" sa modem.. merong maliit na button sa likod para sa reset, push it using a pencil or paper clip.

same problem, kaso sana yung ts pinost dito kung pano na-acces yung zyxel p600. para matulungan din ang tulad ko, at para di na magdouble post pa ng ganitong topic about zyxel p600. thanks.

i have a PLDT Zyxel P660R-D1 with V3.40(APG.3) | 11/05/2009 firmware. what will happen if i upgrade the firmware to (V3.40(APG.4)b4) 06/14/2010?

the latest firmware is P-660R-D1 3.40(AGE.4)C0 1/15/2010. the C0 is higer than the b4 designation but the date is earlier

or the
v3.40(AGE.5)c0 05/07/2010
Any ano yung pinagkaibahan ng APG vs AGE
(in one series, I notice yung firmwares are APG.0 -- I think this is the firmware when originally supplied by PLDT)
Could it be that the AGE series firmware is for the black models and the APG series model for the white models Or are they interchangeable?

just fyi people...
i have both the black and white zyxel P-600 (P-660R-D1) adsl modem provided by PLDT... I just found out na mas matipid sa kuryente yung white... the white one consumes 3.3-3.4W while the black one consumes 4.4-4.5W on a full load (torrent download)...
kala ko mas mataas yung konsumo nung puti kasi 12v 1a yung power adapter nya tapos yung sa itim 9v 1am, mali pala akala ko... yung puti na yung gagamitin ko.

Do the 2 models perform similarly in terms of signal-to-noise and other metrics like attenuation? (assuming it\'s connected to the same DSL line for comparison testing).

noise margin downstream: 31 db
attenuation upstream: 23 db
attenuation downstream: 40 db
white model:
noise margin upstream: 9 db

mga papz may 2 modem ako na P600 series ..(1) ano ibig sabihin pag naka down ang WAN ...pero yung LAN naman naka UP ...sa P660R-D1 Zyxel....
napansin ko lang firmware version ng modem ay 2006 pa...pero yung (2) working ko na isa pang modem ay 2009 ...sa firmware kaya ito kaya ayaw makakunek sa internet ang isa kong modem.. o sira na? na-a-access ko naman pag ipinapasok ko ang password... sino kaya makakatulong?
