  Maybe there\'s something wrong with his/her settings.
  
  AFAIK, both Audio and Video are encrypted together using HDMI interface, so if there\'s no display most likely, there\'s no sound. But, if there\'s no sound and there\'s a display, there\'s something wrong with the configuration or the speakers are defective per se.

  mga bro kailangan pa ba install yung monitor? btw gamit ko nga pala 6970 ati/amd card, wala ko makita sa settings.. ang nakikita ko lang sa settings ay speakers, realtek digital output, realtek digital output(optical)
  
  sorry wala ko alam sa ganito kaya madyo makulit ^^

  Agree Sir badass...na research ko nga S-IPS/H-IPS (In Plane Switching) panels are generally considered the best overall LCD technology for image quality, color accuracy and viewing angles...pero bihira pa nagbebenta nito...dalawang shop palang yata d2 sa TPC...i hintay pa natin kaunti baka magkaroon ng 2ms resp. nito.

  Hi guys.. Musta ang acer natin..
  
  tanong ko lang.. nasira kasi ung cpu ko naka windows 7..
  gamit ko ung unit ng kapatid ko naka XP..
  
  
  
  walang sound ung monitor ko naka ATI 4650 ako, gamit ko HDMI cable..
  kahit ikabit ko ung galing sound card to Monitor wala pa din..
  pero pag nag kabit ako ng headset meron sound..
  
  d ko kasi mahanap dito sa xp..
  
  wala kasi ako speaker o headset dito nanghiram lang ako.. Salamat

  Guys Question lang sa warranty...after the 1 year shop warranty...may warranty pa ba ito kay acer?
  
  i remembered kasi before sa p223w ko after 1 year shop tapos 3 years acer mismo
  
  nag fli-flicker kasi yung monitor ko. already ruled out na hindi sa vidcard problema kasi kahit naka tanggal na lahat ng cables...dapat pitch black lang yung screen with a rectagular box saying \"cable not connected\" pero sakin ganun nga kaso nag fli-flicker pa rin so hoping to have this fixed T.T

  Buhayin ko lang itong thread if its okay. I had this monitor for a long time now and now nagbabalak ako mag dual monitor setup. San pa ba meron nagbebenta nito? Hindi naman kailangan brand new
