  uu out for delivery na.. anu ba pinaship mo? di na kasi ako nagconsolidate pinaship ko na agad anung date na kasi baka di umabot ng pasko.. 900+ din sakin discount sa lbc.. sa jac pag waive yung handling fee nasa 900+ lang din kaso pickup pa ng megamall eh..

  This will probably be the last time I use Johnny Air. It may be a blessing in disguise since I found a much more organized alternative (LBC).

  
  
  I understand the frustration with JAC "customer service" specifically for status inquiries/tracking while the package is in their hands ... but not clear to me that LBC is any "better" or "organized". Using LBC instead of JAC could be exchanging one kind of problem for another/other problems.
  
  Just my impression from all the posts here on LBC. Many more posts on LBC than on JAC. Why? More users? Or more complaints? Who knows. But I don't sense that LBC is significantly better and/or cheaper, and may be slightly more expensive. I could be wrong. Willing to be convinced otherwise.
  
  LBC pricing more complicated, e.g., tax table, different pricing on items with lithium batteries. JAC simpler -- no tax for all but 3 kinds of items (laptop, tablet, smartphone), no special pricing for lithium.
  
  Saw this blog on someone's not good experience with LBC: <click here for link> Could be rare, but doesn't inspire confidence.
  
  Been using JAC (Plus not Padala, if it makes a difference) for years, usually for "high value" items. Never lost an item (knock on wood) or experienced unreasonably long waiting time. Send item to NY/NJ, e-mail the person at Makati the tracking number, she replies 'noted', confirm from FedEx/UPS tracking that it was delivered, then forget about it for 2 weeks until they notify that package is ready for pickup. I don't try/bother to track, because their tracking "system" has not been good.
  
  For out of the ordinary requests or questions like re-routing a JAC package, also have not had too much difficulty.
  
  If anyone wants to post testimonials on LBC, or comparison of LBC vs. JAC, I'm all ears. :)

  mas ok talaga sakin jac.. madali kausap mga tao dun ewan ko bakit kayo hirap na hirap makipagusap sakanila.. hassle lang talaga pagpickup sa mall.. although pwede mo padeliver sainyo once dumating na ng pinas item mo medyo magdadagdag ka nga lang.. first time ko mag lbc ngayon so far ok naman medyo matagal ng konti kumpara sa jac pero since super busy ako wala na ko aalalahanin dadating nalang sa bahay order ko.. mas mura din ng konti lbc dahil daming promo hehe..

  sa JAC pwede sir.. nakapagpa-ship na ako sa kanila ng brakemaster and naka pagpa-quote na rin ng fog lights
  sa LBC meron akong pending inquiry regarding that pero hindi pa sila nagre-reply

  its exactly 12 days nung nag pay ako sa myecasa ng aking parcel, at dumating na today ang item ko... parang mapapadalas ako pag gamit ng myecasa pag may lithium ang bibilhin ko ulit.

  Anyway, even if we haven't received our packages yet, pwede na ba tayo mag-email sa LBC re: bill of lading or any proof para masend ko na sa Amazon yung refund? Gusto ko na macredit yung sales tax eh.
  
  Sa myEcasa kasi noon hinintay ko pa dumating yung items ko at yung receipt na kasama yun yung sinend ko together with their email.

  Update lang on my packages
  
  tatlo yung packages ko from LBC, isang for cavite (2 shoes) delivered around 2pm, isang for alabang (2 shoes, 3 game of thrones action figures) delivered around 8:30 pm ngayon
  
  yung pangatlong packages ko biggest one (9 shoes and kung ano ano pa) for butuan city, mindanao hanggang ngayon FORWARDED TO MIDDAY TEAM parin status :(
  
  sana naman dumating na bukas para happy ang pasko :( sino pa dito di pa natatanggap LBC packages nila? salamat
