comparing duplicate values in Excel 2007

  Excel gurus, i need your help.
  
  I'm trying to view the duplicate entries in my Excel 2007.
  
  In the excel that I'm working on, there are 3 worksheets. What I wanted to do was that the information that I have in the 1st worksheet (column A), I wanted to compare and see if there are any duplicate entries (in a certain column) found in the 2nd and 3rd worksheet.
  
  Ex. would be
  1st worksheet
  Column A
  cat
  dog
  cow
  
  2nd worksheet
  Column B
  pig
  cow
  cat
  
  3rd worksheet
  Column A
  cow
  pig
  dog
  
  what i also wanted to do was for it to highlight the duplicate entries para makita ko kung ano yung doble.
  
  if i'm working on one worksheet lang, magagawa ko yung comparison ng duplicate entries pero hassle naman kung yung bawat laman ng 1st worksheet eh ililipat ko on both 2nd and 3rd worksheet.
  
  any idea?
