Warranty Information Thread

  • mga papz, ask ko lng sana kung sarado na ba talaga ang servimax sa may gilmore.... nagpunta kasi ako noong april 9, wednesday 2pm.. sarado sila di ko alam kung sarado na ba talaga o dahil holiday lang.. nagtanong ako sa katabing store ang sabi sa akin e sarado na daw. so kung saradop na. malamang na lumipat lang ng location..

    kung sarado na talaga, may nakakaalam na ba sa inyo kung saan ang new location ng servimax? or may iba pa ba silang opisina na for rma purposes? na mas malapit from cavite? sa gilmore lang kasi alam ko e. hehe! ipapa-rma ko kasi yung mobo ko. salamat mga papi! :)
  • how is the warranty service of logitech Philippines? I have g9x that is broken. In its first 6 months of use the mouse sensitivity button started to act inconsistently 3 years later it does not work. 3 years later the left mouse button is making frequent double clicks. this mouse might not last any longer. im actually disappointed at its durability. its seems i got a lemon product.
    what should i do?

    Is your g9x still in warranty or not? If yes, you can contact the local distro for warranty claims. If not, better buy another mouse.

    Regarding logitech phils., I own a logitech Z5500 speaker system and I had a hard time claiming warranty for the broken console from the local logitech distro after a year. My item has a 2 year warranty. I emailed them a few times and even called them. The person I talked with advised me contact the store from which I bought the unit since they are not accepting warranty directly from end users.

    To my dismay, I directly emailed logitech regarding my case and informed them that I had trouble claiming warranty from the local distro. With just few emails and verification, logitech taiwan sent me a new console free of charge.

    Nope most likely wala na. It's been 3years na kasi. Worst din kasi it was gift and the warranty slip wasn't given to me. I guess I will try to as the one who gave me the mouse.
    Saying kasi, this is another item I have that fails to live up to hype.

    Kakaswap ko lang kasi ng z87n-wifi ko to z87x-ud3h ng isa sa ka-tpc natin. And ako naman tiwala kasi marami siyang feedbacks at mukha namang professional :) So ibig sabhn nun di ko na masyadong binusisi yung item. Which is mukhang bago naman ung mobo nya. Then nitong kakauwi ko lang. Take note wala pang kaen hahaha. Chineck ko sya dito sa bahay may bent pins :( Parang ang may kagagawan eh yung processor cap na foxconn. Pero as in di ko siya ginalaw ngayon nilalamayan ko siya. Hahaha. Si seller naman oks lang naman sa kanya kung balik item ulit. Ask ko lang if may nakapagpawarranty na ba sa inyo ng bent pins lalo na kung Gigabyte board. Napurchase sya sa Dynaquest Makati.

    May nabasa po Kasi ako na 2yrs meron naman 3yrs. Ano po jan ang tama?Applicable ba sa lahat ng model ng gpu?

    I guess Axis Global lang ang makakasagot niyan. Sa Cubao yung office nila (North Road cor. 3rd Ave.). Try mo na lang silang tawagan: 724-3340.

  • Pano po ba nagwowork ang warranty? Kakabili ko lang ng mobo at defective siya kaya lang lagpas 1 week na so di na pwede sa outright replacement. So panu ung warranty nun? Irerepair lang ba nila o replacement din?

  • ^may mga distributor na ng rerepair lang ng board at hihintayin mo kung mapapagana pa. pag hindi na nila maayos tsaka nalang papalitan.

    meron din instant replacement pag ng drop by ka sa office nila. pero mas madalas ay 15 working days bago palitan. or worst maghihintay ka pa ng 'pamalit' pag wala silang stock. kaya yung iba na pipilitan bumili ng temporary board habang ng papawaranty pa..
  • kailangan ba resibo pag nagpa RMA kay net essentials kasi nagpunta ako sa Ortigas branch MSI Service Center/Net Essentials
    hinahanapan ako Resibo tlga na Official wla na kasi si CooltechPC sa cubao kaya na branch.
  • san ba pwde mag pa RMA ng logitech speaker z906? binili ko sa dynaquest noong jan 2013 tpos ngyn wla ng sound? ayaw na tanggapin ng dynaquest..
