Help on how to setup my home wifi using globe/mobile internet

  Hi,
  
  I recently aquired a ZTE MF600 modem using my globe prepaid sim and is working perfectly on my desktop
  i have connected the modem to my pc using a crossover cable p.
  
  a colleague also gave me a cd-r king wireless access point, kaso walang built in hub para sa pag coconnect using a straight/standard cable sa desktop ko
  
  
  Problem:
  I want to share my internet connection with my pamangkin who is using a laptop with wifi(layo kasi nung desktop ko sa room nya)and as well as share my this connection with my psp
  It possible to connect both modem and AP devices on 1 PC? or better i buy a router with built in hub ports?
  
  I am really open for suggestions din po, i just want to share the internet connection via wireless connection at home. Very little knowledge po sa pag setup ng network, all i know is the modem connects me to the internet and the router can also connect me to the web and share it to wired and/or wireless devices as access point by assigning manually the ip address and subnet or it may be assigned via DHCP?
  
  2nd Question:
  do i have to purchase another lan card for the access point?
  
  or
  
  can i use or buy a pci lan card as an access point?
  
  3rd Question
  How would i configure them?
  The ZTE modems default IP address is 192.168.0.1 and can\\\'t be changed
  
  The CD-R king wireless AP is set @ 192.168.1.254 and can be chaned naman

  pwede pero ang mangyayari, laging naka ON PC mo para may connection mga wireless devices. mas mainam at madaling i set up yung wireless router with built in switch
  
  pero kung gusto mo talaga unang setup
  
  modem--------------PC----------------access point - - - - - - PSP/laptop
  
  kailangang dalawa LAN port ng PC (one for the modem at one for the AP)
  
  kailangan mong mag install ng ICS (internet connection sharing) sa PC

  connect your modem to your wireless router
  
  modem ->router(wanport)
  
  then setup the wireless connection, but disconnect first the modem from the router before configuring your router.. then connect mo ulit, set mo lang lahat sa obtain ip, therefore kahit naka off ang pc mo, may internet access yung laptop at psp niyo basta naka on yung modem/router....
  
  bili ka nalang router. tp-link wr340G or N series... obtain mo na lang mga ip ng laptop at psp mo... set mo sa manual if gusto mo may workgroup kayo
  
  ip for tplink
  
  pc
  ip - 192.168.1.100
  subnet mask 255.255.255.0
  gateway 192.168.1.1
  
  laptop
  ip - 192.168.1.101
  subnet mask 255.255.255.0
  gateway 192.168.1.1
  
  psp
  ip - 192.168.1.102
  subnet mask 255.255.255.0
  gateway 192.168.1.1
  
  then sa wireless config naman ng tplink, enable mac filtering, enable wep key.. then ok na... goodluck... hassle lang kung may accespoint ka pa, kasi dapat lagi need open pc mo kung gusto kumonek ng laptop,,sayang kuryente lang...

  you can change this, but i suggest not to change this value on your modem config, this the gateway to your modem,for you able to access the configuration of your modem...

  sir isa lang po port nya eh LP-8188 model
  
  considering prepaid ang internet ko, ok na sa akin bumuli ng isang lan card kaysa sa router :D
  
  Help! paano po ang aking configurations?

  bili ka ng isang LAN card para sa PC (para dalawa LAN port nito)
  
  anong OS gamit mo sa PC?
  
  connect mo yung modem sa isa, yung AP sa kabila
  
  modem (192.168.0.1)
  LAN connected to modem (192.168.0.2)
  
  AP(192.168.0.4)
  LAN connected to AP (192.168.0.3)
  
  enable mo ICS (right click mo yung NIC na connected sa modem)

  try ko po hanap muna ng land card :)
  paano po kaya configuration ng AP?

  punta ka lang sa config page ng AP. depende yun sa IP nito. type mo lang IP sa internet explorer. makikita mo dun mga settings
