  (note: i hope hindi ma lock itong thread na inumpisahan ko dahil sa kabila locked due to rampant piracy as per mga mods.)
  
  gamit ko aster yong free version. naka 2 users ako. 1 ps2 keyboard w/ 1 ps2 mouse & the other is both usb mouse & keyboard.
  
  only 1 user has both mouse & kb. the other po kb lang walang mouse. binaligtad ko ng ilang beses ganong pa rin. baka meron kayong alam nito.
  
  gusto ko rin sana magtry using ubuntu para iwas sa piracy kaso medyo madugo. post nyo lang baka meron kayong ma share dito. ty for the thread na started by narmenia & dinagdagan ng ibang knowledgeable TPCers. dami kung natutunan doon...
  
  purpose ko pala nito is also for purely internet/encoding na lanshop. currently meron akong 11 units running lang po.

  Since *nix OSs are designed to be multiuser/multisession it should be easier to do than in Windows. There are lots of Google results for how to build Linux multiseat systems. In addition there are license and technical restrictions on Windows.

  ang purpose ko kasi sir sa multiseat is for my internet cafe. alam nyo naman na ang mga customers sa internet cafe are not as savvy sa linux so wala pong choice but to use windows. pero as per EULA nga, meron atangan restriction to 1 user at a time lang sa windows eh....
  
  pero me, i would opt for windows pa rin kasi sa reason na mas sanay sa windows ang customers tapos mahirap ang ym na videochat though may website na java based ang videochat using browser instead na ym client....

  start ako sa windows. kung ok na ang windows saka ko gawin ang ubuntu set-up. meron kasi rin friend ko interest sa multiseat para sa cafe nya pero same kami ng opinion windows ang mas alam ng clientele namin....

  I think its alright if you use ubuntu. look into gyach enhanced. Its an alternative to yahoo messenger as well. It allows almost all yahoo capabilities to work like your webcams and such. Also if you are having trouble with webcams with linux. I have tested the cd-r king 5mp webcam.. and it works great. Also you could setup your ubuntu to somewhat look like windows as well. the webcam works with skype also.

  actually i lost interest na rin dito kasi wala namang naghahanap ng just emailing or typing sa internet cafe ko. pero now that you guys mentioned it, try ko. i will set-up a business kasi na ang use sa computer is more on emailing, typing n light browsing lang. thanks sirs dajava2man & nomad7650

  fail ako dun sa desktop sharing. nagawa ko hanggang sa checking ng Extend my desktop to this monitor sa dalawang extra monitors na nakakabit sa PCIE.
  nag-create na din ako ng 3 users with respective passwords. pero walang desktop items sa dalawang extra monitors. o ganun ba talaga yun, parang blank canvass lang sya na kung ano ang desktop background sa main monitor ay yun din sa extra monitors? nalilipat ko naman yung mga desktop icons at windows sa mga extra monitors. pero wala syang log-in screen. o ganun lang talaga at that stage?
  
  then nag-install ako ng BeTwin Xp. nakaabot ako sa pagpili at pag-assign ng mga keyboard, mouse at sound device. kaya lang,
  1. naging black lang yung dalawang extra monitors as in black. then na-disable yung driver ng pci-e card so hindi ko makita sa Settings ng display.
  2. di rin nalala-login pati yung main account or host kahit nag-login naman na sa windows start up.
  
  Pag uninstall ko ng BeTwin, biglang balik yung driver at umilaw na ulit yung dalawang monitors. *kamot-ulo sabay kanta, \"tell me, where did i go wrong\"*

  setup ko nga pala:
  
  OS & program: Windows XP Sp3 & Betwin Xp
  
  mobo: ASRock 880GM-LE FX dalawang built-in video out, isang VGA at DVI (di ko rin mapagana ang DVI kahit sabi sa manula ay auto-use yun pag na-install ang driver/software from DVD) default video sa BIOS ay itong internal, sa vga nakasaksak ang isang monitor
  
  memory: team elite 2gigs ddr3
  
  video card: Sapphire HD5450 1gb ddr3 (dito nakasaksak ang dalawang monitor, sa VGA at DVI or HDMI port ba tawag dun?)
  
  monitor: AOC 15.6\" LED
  
  cpu: AMD Athlon II x2 250
  
  sa napuntahan kong multiuser seminar, ang mobo na gamit sa demo ay 880GM-LE din, parang may ginalaw pa sa bios bago napagana yung 3 na sabay-sabay. kaso di ko makapa sa trial & error sa bios.

  Pa tulong naman mga master!! nag try ako ng Aster V7 ung trial na 10days... work fine naman ok na napaganu ko na xa ng maayos!! ang prob lang is ayaw mag connect ng lan games ko!!! sinubukan ko c DOTA mag lan games... pag na ka LOCAL GAMES NA..ung isa papasok.. pero ung isa my lumalabas na issue na no Network area etc...kht sinunud ko na ungung pag configure sa Manual ng diffrent ip... pa help nmn po....
  
  PEDE po tau mag share info... Help nyo ak osa 2in1 multi pc... HElp ko po kau abbout CCBOOT prob nyo or.. CCBOOT 2in1 MPC :) tnx in advance hehehe
