Goodbye Globe, salamat sa PLDTmyDSL ang sarap pala ng feeling na sulit ang binabayaran, walang oras lang na maayos ang connection at walang FUP

Correct ka dyan sir. eto naka PLDTmyDSL na rin kami sa bahay. Ang sarap talaga nang hindi madugas na subscriber. Yung tapat talaga sa customer nila. Thumbs up!!!! for you PLDT :-D
magkano monthly ang pldt my dsl? and ilang mbps?
plan 990 = 512kbps ata
plan 1299 = 1 or 2 mbps (depende kung bago or luma and if upgraded or hindi ang area mo, its complicated)
plan 999 (+ 700 pesos for landline) = up to 3 mbps
all above available in fibr or copper version except 990. mag fibr ka if possible
ang wired usually mas reliable kesa sa wireless. bihira magkaproblem (walang cap so thats not a problem) but if meron it takes time to fix, like now with the broken undersea cables
plan 1299 = 2 mbps (landline + dsl)
plan 1600 = 3 mbps ( landline + dsl)
Plan 1299 kinuha namin. me advantage and disadvantage yung fibr nang pldt
-Fiber Optic cable= using 220volts Power. Kung brown out area mo, brown out din fibr mo.

March 2012 - Signed up for Tattoo (got a superstick)
Had no problems during the first two weeks, then connection became unstable quickly afterwards (had to reboot every 20-30 minutes)
Called globe once a week for a site visit because we had the device replaced and basic troubleshooting still didn't work
After months of NOTHING, globe finally sent a 3rd party service crew to check our area (same week we were already MOVING OUT of Makati)
Sabi nung crew after conducting their test "may problema nga" then went away. La na kami pakialam dun kasi palipat ana rin kami.
February 2013 - Finally transferred to Rizal
Everything was okay (good signal, fast speeds all day) until June, when the signal suddenly dropped to 1-2 bars anywhere within the area. We can barely surf/play games/download, and ping readings were just horrible (2k+ ms when pinging google.com, plus timing out once every few seconds). We called globe at least once a week UNTIL the 2nd week of April 2014 for the problem.
Most ng tawag namin ganito
1. Ginawan na ng case at i foforward sa support group
2. Nilagay sa high priority yung case
3. Maghintay ng feedback within 7 business days
We also requested for bill adjustment as early as June. Sabi nila hindi raw pwede i adjust yung bill until maisara yung existing case. (case was open until march 2014. UNFORTUNATELY, it was closed because apparently, support group failed to reach us because they tried contacting us through my postpaid account number (na nakalagay sa superstick). THIS WAS AFTER GIVING OUR ACTUAL CONTACT NUMBERS MULTIPLE TIMES SINCE 2013.
Dahil di na daw pwede ipabukas yung account, gumawa ulit ng bagong case (referring to the old, unresolved case). The new case was closed in under a month. Ang dahilan: MABAGAL LANG DAW KASI NAHIT NA NAMIN YUNG FUP na 1gb/day. This was a problem that started WAAAY before they started throttling bandwidth (jan 2014).
Eto ang malupet
Tinanong ko kung pwede na iadjust yung bill ko dun sa cased na sinara nila. HINDI DAW PWEDE KASI NGA DAW FUP YUNG DAHILAN NG PAGBAGAL. I immediately terminated my contract because of sheer disappointment and frustration. Ngayon pldt dsl na kami.
Avoid Globe. Seriously.
Malapit na ang August, mag eend contract na ako sa walang hiyang GLOBE! Bwisit!
