Hehe mabenta ah. Ano naman yung AHT?
Average Handling Time. It gives you a good idea on how long it takes you to handle a call from start to finish (usually including the wrap up/after call work). The lower your AHT the better, of course withour sacrificing the quality of call.

May Cognizant na pala sa Pinas. At may call center pala sila. FYI, this is an Indian company. Alam ko IT company sila specializing on Health Insurance clients. Competitor sila ng Accenture dito sa project namin (IT). And I know a couple of folks who works there. Grabe ang competition namin dito sa client.

guys i am a graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering... i haven't taken the board exam yet kasi ang priority ko is to find a job... saang call center kaya ako pwedeng mag-apply? yung magagamit ko yung napagaralan ko... btw ang masasabi kong field of expertise ko is sa computer hardware and software troubleshooting, telecommunications, and electronic troubleshooting.. meron din akong basic knowledge sa programming... hope you could me out... tia

try mo mag apply sa callcenter dun sa telecoms dept. para handle mo mga avaya, cisco, nortel kung gusto mo telecom
pag hardware, try mo sa DELL, Fujitsu or HP, meron silang badge site

buti na lang sales ako, nakakabwisit sa CS, isa ako sa mga irate agents, pag may problem customer sa order, transfer na sa CS...bahala na sila dun...sana maclose ko yung order ko 160K to...

Guys tanong lang po, baka may basketball team po dito ang mga taga Ortigas office na pwede once a month Monday 4-6pm. Naghahanap po yung aming munting company ng ka-tune up every last Monday of the month. Mga baguhan lang po kami sa basketball, may mga magagaling din pero karamihan papawis at kasiyahan lang ang habol hehe. Sa 29th floor OSMA po ang office namin, sa Dumlao Gym sa Shaw kami naglalaro. Pm na lang po ng interested :]
