* Call Center Life (Posting/Soliciting Job Vacancies Strictly Prohibited!)

  • ang sama naman ng TL nun 9 days straight. pumirma ba si agent na okay sa kanya yun ganun sched at may forced VL? pag wala, may laban at balato naman! hehe.

    ako nga dati nun sobrang sabog sched naming binigyan ako ng managers leave ng TL ko.
  • Pag in-approve naman ng management yung immediate resignation mo that's not a breach of contract PERO make sure you have that under writing at ipa pirma mo yung manager na nag approve ng immediate resignation mo at itago mo yung signed document na yun kasi mamaya hahabulin ka ng kompanya minsan kasi maski sila unaware na na-approve na pala ng management or baka bigla mag recant yung manager na nag approve kaya that way may laban ka dahil pumirma siya. Do you know na pag in-approve yung immediate resignation mo eh yung company is legally obligated to pay you for the 30 days na dapat mo i render na service maski di mo ma render? :)


    Naaprove naman kasi pinasign ko sa assistant call center manager and supervisor,may copy ako, kaso sinulatan nya ng breach of contract yun resignation letter ko...
  • ^parang ang weird lang ha, pinirmahan niya yung letter of resignation mo tapos lalagay niya na breach of contract? Edi sana hindi niya pinirmahan kung alam niya na breach of contract. Hmmm

  • Tuso! The schedule should not have been allowed in the first place. Hindi ba ganun yung rule?

    I prefer using my leave credits instead of getting them converted during leave conversions pero gusto ko gamitin yun in my terms not the management's.

    Isa pa sa kinaiinisan ko yung palusot na nai-set na kasi yung sked kaya di na pwede baguhin. Kahit maling-mali yung sched. Dapat jan may penalty kung sino man yung gumawa nung sched.


    under Philippine labor law, bawal nang lumagpas sa 6-day or compressed 48 hour work week. kung lumagpas man, excess hours should be counted as OT.

    well in some cases, nagpapa VTO talaga yung management especially kung mababa ang incoming service volume to minimize the loss sa company but much to the disadvantage of an employee kasi forced leave din yun

    I had a teammate who left our company. Inubos nya yung VLs nya (30 to be exact). Rule sa VL credits samen: you need to earn VL credits 2.5 per month pero you can use them in advance kahit di mo pa sya na i-earn..

    So umalis sya ng company namin, after 2 months bumalik sya for backpay, sadly, wala syang backpay kasi daw binayad na sa mga ginamit nyang VLs na di pa nya na earn. Tama ba yung HR dun or dapat may backpay parin sya?

  • ^ kelangan makita ang breakdown sa back pay na ganun nga nangyari thru payslip baka may SSS loan sya at ibinawas yun sa back pay
  • Re post ko lang sir, out of all the Call centers sa Cubao ano po ba ang may 25k pataas na offer? Need na lumipat, kinakapos na kasi. Ramdam na yung gastos with one daughter.
  • hmm tanong ko lang, I left my old company last Oct 2014, nakuha ko backpay, bir2316, etc ay feb na, wala akong nakuhang tax refund pero nakita ko sa tax withheld ko ay ZERO, tama lang ba yun?
  • @highwind - tama ang hr dun. yung mga hindi nya na-eearn pa na vl's eh kailangan nya talaga bayaran. pero ayun nga need pa din ng breakdown para malinaw yung pag-apply. pero ok ah dami nyong vl's. :)
