di ko lang alam kung may package na available para sa ganitong logging feature

di ah ati sa squid or proxy server my blocking din bro. sa squidguard kasi bro pangit pag block mo kasi minsan pag browse sa yahoo diba may site yon dami pag naka sama mo sya sa pag block minsan blank yong display na yon di gaya ng squid pwd mo sya per ip at per site kong sino pwd maka pag access. try nyo po sa squid miron don hehehhehehehhe
yup pwede rin sa squid pero medjo mahirap at kung ico-convert mo sa squid friendly format ung mga blacklist na pang squid guard aabutin ka ng syamsyam....regarding blank screen, depende un kung ano sinet mo na action para sa blocked sites....
sa squd guard bro pang kalahatan na yon di tulad ng squid pili lang sya tulad kong mga bossing gusto mag browse ng mga porn site eh naka block by using squid or proxy server magagawa mo yon per ip kong sino lang pwd at kong sino lang di pwd hheeh. ganon kalupit ang pfsense na di kaya ng ibang firewall.
nope, may mga acl din ang squidguard....may mga time based acl din....at per ip, per user, per mac, etc.....
ang main purpose lng tlga ng squid is for caching, pero meron din syang blocking function...jan naman pumasok ang squidguard, mas maraming features ang squidguard for blocking sites....squid guard requires squid to run.. -

ang nangyayari kasi since parehong public ip ang default gateway ng dual WAN setup ko ay ganito kahit walang kable sa WAN port na internet

dahil na piping pa rin yung default gateway ng WAN thru OPT1, kay OPT1 kasi siya dadaan, so ang nangyayari eh naka load sharing dual WAN setup pa rin sya at intermitent ang internet kasi nag babato pa rin si pfsense ng bandwidth kay WAN port...
Isang solution nakita ko ay dapat may 2 router sa outside ni pfsense na nakatuto sa 2 ISP provider ko, yun nga lang eh gagastos pa sa router, bale para private IP ang default gateway ng link ni WAN at OPT1. Other than this meron paba way? Nag try na kasi ako thru firewall nat etc etc pero nakakalabas pa rin ang ping kay WAN thru OPT1 eh -

It has to be within the provider\'s network, in other words either your gateway or provided DNS servers.
In 1.2.3 there is a known bug that if you use a very popular and public IP (where almost anyone can ping this IP) such as google DNS, the watchdog will base the results on both interfaces of the pool from your primary interface. So if one of the gateway goes down, the pool will not fail over since the watchdog is getting a reply from the IP. If you\'re using a load balancing pool and you happen to have been assigned to use the other gateway as your gateway on that specific page or second, you will possibly get an error page or could lag until further notice and not until you refresh your browser because it is down as I have said in this example. So it is best to use a pingable IP which is within your ISP\'s network.

nadownload ko na po ung 77mb na img file nanobsd.
ginawa ko po burn ko ung image files sa nero ginawa ko bootable dvd.
pero nung sinusubukan ko na di nalabas ung installer pero ngboboot sa dvd. parang nasa dos mode lang ako. nbbrowse ko ung drive c: and d:
pano ba tamang pag burn para maging bootable na installer?

napa boot ko po ung livecd installer pero ayaw magtuloy. default lang ung pinipili ko tapos natigil na pag ngload ng konti. kelangan po ba ung 1.2.3 version na nanobsd ang install ko? di po ba pwede ung livecd installer lang? parang nabasa ko po na pang simulation lang. parang sample lang para makita ung pfsense.

yung nanobsd ay pang-install sa embedded setup using a CF card instead of HDD.
The embedded version is specifically tailored for use with any hardware using Compact Flash rather than a hard drive. CF cards can only handle a limited number of writes, so the embedded version runs read only from CF, with read/write file systems as RAM disks.
download nyo yung Live-CD version then install sa HDD... pwede rin sa virtual setup using virtualbox... for vmware may mga ready-made versions na. -
sir, ask lang, nadownload ko livecd at naburn na. nagboboot sya pero parang tumitigil din. diba meron po 7 ata na option. select ko ung default tapos may konting mga lalabas tapos tigil na. pano po po ba install un? kelangan virtual pc? kasi binoboot ko sya.

kasi dba to have 2 or more ISP need mo ng at least 4 lan cards, eh kung wala na PCI slot para sa lan card, and napakamahal ng dual port in one lan card, baka pwede LAN via USB? -
newbie lang...after ba ng modem zyxel P600 ikakabit ang pfsense? kaso alam ko sa P600 ay modem router rin...di kaya mag buffer rin sa kanya kung after ko ikakabit ?
