VERY Bad BDO Experience

    sa mga mag popost ng na scam..say ng tpc member wag nyo popost name nila, hayaan nyo na lang manghula ang ibang member dito ko sino yung scammer, otherwise masisita kayo ni sir rey...

    So ngayon pinapalabas mo scammer yung bangko, palibhasa hindi ikaw si Mr Tc kaya lakas ng loob magsabi nyan dito.

    btw mga ka tpc may gumagalang serial killer nakita ko kanina yung pinatay nya kaya doble ingat po tayo....pero di ko sasabihin kung lalake or babae yung killer or saan nangyari yung krimen basta hulaan nyo na laang...

  • share ko lang experience ko last december. this coming december ko pa sana ishare to... but since bdo rin ang involve, share ko na rito. this will serve as a warning na rin.

    di ba kelangan natin malulutong na bills tuwing december? that time, a day before christmas, desperate na ko and sinuyod ko lahat ng malalapit na bdo branches dito sa min.

    luckily, pumayag yung bdo sa sm munti to provide me a few bundle of bills in 50s and 100s. tuwang-tuwa naman ako. so yun. galing sa loob yung bundles. ang mali ko di ko binilang sa harap ng teller. tiningnan ko lang yung first and last serial nos. ng bundle of bills.

    ayun... later on i found out na kulang yung isang bundle of bills ng around 5 or 6pcs of 100 petot bills. bandang gitna yung nawala.

    i will give the teller the benefit of the doubt... i just have to be careful next time.

    yun lang po...

    in fact, it's true about fake bills in ATM's. It is not a remote possibility given that they handle a large volume of money. imaginin mo kung iisa-isahin nila yan.

    nangyari na rin sakin to dati. nagwithdraw ko from a Metrobank ATM in Sta. Lucia Mall, then may bibilhin me sanang jeans sa Girbaud. Nung binayad ko na winithdraw ko, may UV light ang Girbaud, nadetect nila, fake daw. Woow, sabi ko kakawithdraw ko lang nyan from a Metrobank ATM, pinakita ko pa ang transaction receipt ko. Ang payo nila sa Girbaud, since there is no metrobank nearby, or kung meron man ayoko ma-inconvenience, e mag-grocery na alng daw ko, dun daw di na masyado tinitingnan. so yun.

    There's nothing wrong if you share your bad experiences regarding certain companies. I remember a thread noon na nagpost ng story regarding sa caltex yung tungkol uncalibrated pumps/sirang pumps at yung napakaraming bad experiences about cdrking.

    These kinds of threads serve as a warning sa ibang TPC members. Kaya nga community eh dapat may information sharing din.

    Kung natatakot ka at baka makasuhan ka ng libelo dapat pinaedit mo na rin sa mga MODS yung thread title.

    tanga lang nagsabi wag magbanggit ng name. sa media uso yang ganyang palakad and you should know why. what if magpullout ng sponsors.. but here, it should be just fine. salamat pa nga sa ts for the info.

    I think BDO din po ang SM supermarket? hehehe.. napahiya kasi ako dun last week. gamit ko atm savings account ng rcbc. mga 4k lang naman yung binili ko tapos nung swipe na sa teller wala daw laman ang account.

    grrr. dami pa naman nakapila. imagine that. pero nung tiningnan ko sa BPI. meron naman laman.

    pero in fairness sa BDO..may chance siguro talaga na mangyari na malusutan sila ng fake bills (though dapat hindi kase dapat tiwala ang mga tao sa kanila at sa nilalabas nilang pera)..kase one time yun kasama namin sa office eh nag withdraw din sa ATM (secret kung anong bank pero hindi BDO..LoLz)...tapos yun yun isang 1 000 peso bill eh fake...heheheh nalaman nya na lang nun nag deposit din sya sa iba pang banko sa personal account nya (secret ulit kung anong bank)

    isa pang ATM incident, nag withdraw sa ATM, successful daw yun transaction though walang cash na lumabas..3k, ni report dun sa bank. after 2 weeks walang nangyari,according daw sa audit nila wala daw sobrang 3k dun sa ATM hehehe...ganun lang bye bye 3k

    they used to be the most friendly bank. dali pa mag open ng account.

    mas mabuti pa nuon na family oriented bank sila, unlike now, malaki nga pero sama naman ng services.

  • eto naman experience ko sa BDO, Novaliches Bayan Branch....ang siste banking hours is 8:30am to 5:30pm mon to sat. you can check in their web page.Pag punta ko ngayon ng 5:10pm to make a deposit, ayun lang ya nakalagay sa glass door "closed ". Bad trip. and pag tumawg ka sa phone nila nakikipagbargain sa customer na dumating ng maaga before 5:00pm daw. Ang tatamad!
  • nothing wrong with mentioning the name of the bank. per experience, people will not make an issue with php500. eto lang itanong mo sa bdo - naglo-load ba sila ng old bills? ung bills coming from other clients' deposits? i'm pretty sure dun nanggaling yun. common yang problem na ganyan.

    when you encounter the same situation, pag withdraw mo pa lang and duda ka sa pera na nakuha mo, hanapin mo kung may camera sa loob ng atm booth. then show the bill to the camera using both hands. kung walang camera, tell security guard of the situation and ask for the Service Head.

    Mentioning the name of the bank cannot be considered as libelous at this point. it's only a case of who said what. mas pabor sa bank because sila ang nirereklamo and sila gagawa ng investigation. kaya pagdating sa ganito, talo talaga si client na in the first place did not expect to get a fake bill and may not know how to detect a fake bill.
  • update: my brother shojiro txted me bdo called him and admitted that it was their fault they asked if he wants it deposited or personally take it at the branch. i advised him to take it directly the branch. pagalitan ang manager for assuming it was his fault.
