You can use the BPI e-prepaid card. Pwede sya link sa Paypal and gawing source ng funds. Prepaid credit card sya. You can transfer funds from your BPI account or kung wala pwede mag cash in over-the-counter. After 24 hours nasa card na yung funds. Kapag from account ang transfer hindi ko alam ang waiting period.

After 24 hours nasa card na yung funds.
tagal din pala. sa smart money matagal na ang 10 minutes after handing the money over to my local BDO bank teller

Problem with BPI My ePrepaid card is once you put money in it, you can't withdraw it from the card anymore since you can't use it in ATMs. Only option is to use the card.

you need any smart sim card, celphone, 100 pesos and ID\'s. you can buy the smart sim card then and there
then apply sa smart center

Pag nag apply ba ako ng Smart Money online, wala na akong kailangan i-fill up ng kahit anong form, pickup nalang ako ng card sa Smart office except for providing 1 valid ID? Tsaka may choice ba talaga pickup sa Smart office or send directly to your house? At may bayad ba pag pinadala sa bahay?

ewan kasi ako diretcho ako sa smart sa SM namin face to face. if you want you can get your card then and there but if you want your name on the card, you have to come back

verified ko rin na pwede yung smartmoney na ipangverify ng paypal account, napakasimple lang pala, na-tempt pa ako dati na kumuha ng virtual credit card (vcc), buti na lang at di yung ang ginawa ko, sa smartmoney, 120 lang nagastos ko (personalized card), 1 linggo, at konting patience...at madali lang magverify, paglink ko, kaagad ko rin natanggap yung expuse code, maganda pa sa smartmoney, pwede mo ilock yung internet transaction sa smart menu ng cel mo para di magamit ng mga hackers na bumili gamit yung paypal mo...advantage pa nya ay sa halagang 120 petot, pwede rin syang pangload, pwede gamitin sa atm, parang debit card na rin at pwede gamitin sa pagbizniz...nice...di po ako affiliate ng smartmoney ha...

panu ba nag wowork yung smart money sa paypal, after ko bang i link/verify eh good to go na po ba? pag bumili ba ko automatic bawas yun sa smart money ko kahit 0 laman ng paypal ko? also how much exactly po need para mag link/verify ?

Hello guys. May problema po ko. 2 weeks ko na tong nararanasan. Bale mga 2 years na po akong gumagamet ng smart money nire-reload ko sya through mobile banking RCBC ATM po gamit ko. Ngayun mga 2 weeks ago nag maintenance yata yung RCBC 3 days hinde makagamit ng ATM. Pagkatapos nilang sa maintenance hindi ko na ma-reload ang Smart money ko through mobile banking. Palaging lumalamabs na message e: \"Sorry we cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.\"
Any help will be appreciated. Thx!

@denraisr Hindi ko na matandaan pero mga USD 5/10 yung verification fee pwede mo yung kunin ulet pero hindo ko alam kung pano. lol. And yes basta may load yung smart money card mo bawas kaagad yun pag click mo ng BUY button sa kung ano mang online shop ka nag b-browse - kahit walang laman yung Paypal.
