Reklamo sa Registry of Deeds Trece Martirez Cavite

  Mga tol... san po ba pwede magreklamo tungkol dito sa mga tiwaling kawani ng gobyerno particular jan sa Registry of Deeds sa Trece Martirez Cavite?
  
  Andami na pong reklamo sa opisina na yan at notorious ata tong mga to sa pangongotong ng mga naglalakad ng papeles dito. You can search kahit sa gov.ph at me mga reklamo na din dito. Lagi na lang me nawawalang papeles at titles jan at sobrang tagal na naming nilalakad to until now di pa rin makita kita.. naghihintay daw ng LAGAY!!! Ano po ba ang dapat naming gawin??? Ayaw sana namin kunsentihin ang ganitong patakbo sa gobyerno pero pano pa kaya natin maaayos to??? kailangang kailangan po namin yung title na yun at para marelease yung bayad sa amin sa property na binenta namin at kailangan po ito sa medical expenses ng relative po namin. Kung meron pong kakilala kayo na pwede naming mahingan ng tulong o me kakilala kayo lalo na yung mga taga cavite jan na malapit dito paki pm na lang po.

  dalhin mo sa Media sana napanood mo yung XXX last saturday tungkol sa mga Title of lands ang Topic nila

  yesterday afternoon the Registrar of Deeds was gunned down together with his driver/bodyguard.
  
  I dont know how this will affect the future transactions going in the said office. But under his administration I have handful of title and documents in pending.
  
  His henchman by the name of August must be trembling in fears now. Not that I want him dead but I want him out of the office.

  The new Registrar is easy to deal with.So its better to follow up on your transactions nowadays.He is reasonable enough simply because he has also learned his lesson the hard way here in Cavite.Prior to his transfer to Laguna and back here he was also shot in the leg.He is glad he lived to tell.

  your problem lies in the hand of the vault keeper.With the right amount you may be able the retrieve the preceding title\"backtrace\".That kind of thing also happens to me.

  dahil daw yan sa computerization ek ek..Expect the price to jump..Im hearing that its gonna be 4x the current amount for a Cert. copy.

  sino ba ang pwede lapitan at kong saan apwede magreklamo sa trece martirez ang tagal ko na kasi iniintay ng Deeds ko noong May 2013 pa lumabas ng June 2014 error pa. sabi sa registry 1-2 months bago ma release error nila, ngayon september na wala pa rin . management ng pro-friends naglalakad ng Deeds TCT ko. Pls any advice.
