  Don't worry guys, I think there is a crisis committee that will handle this (just like in any situation), I think this is(forum) enough for them to know.
  
  Just kip on calling them for them have counts of your issues, In a call center environment I think they have systems to know the volume of this concerns and surely they will escalate this, since this affects their daily service metrics.

  This is just an inside info, not sure if true:
  
  Globe started to impose throttling P2P its because they receive a letter from OMB that most of the downloading are all for movies, etc, which they suspected a source for piracy. And you know that Globe has the most subscribers that are using broadband for downloads surpassing PLDT. OMB goal is to shut-off the leader (Globe) and follow the others (PLDT, Sky, ETPI, Digitel, etc.)

  Maybe angnext na may capping ay kuryente. Yung mga 384 subscriber ay 1 ilaw at 1 TV lang pwede. Yung 512 may refrigerator na.

  pag nag download ka ng movie ikaw lang ang manonood nun hindi mo nman yon kinokonvert pa sa dvd at ibebenta.
  
  kung nakakapag download ka ng high quality movie eh bat bibili ka pa ng pirated, edi hindi mo na na suportahan ang mga pirata.
  
  kung mawawala ang mabilis mo na p2p na download speed edi mag reresove ka lang sa mga pirated wich is good sa income nila para lumago!!!
